What do you like best about TicketSpice?

I like that Tikcet Spice provides templates and one can simply plug in information. However, being new to creating forms Ticket Spice provides incredible customer service through online chats. I appreciate that they are will to send vidoes instead of directing me to an article. Mr. Key has been especially helpful throughout this season... THANK YOU! What do you like best about TicketSpice?

What do you like best about TicketSpice?

TicketSpice is very efficient in what it helps event promoters do. Once i created my page and initiated the sales, I could easily sit back and watch our objectives come true. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TicketSpice?

Some aspects of the platform are not as intuitive as I would have liked, since I'm not a real techy person. Building my ticket page and then the look of the ticket themselves is a little more difficult than I would have liked. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TicketSpice solving and how is that benefiting you?

TicketSpice has improved the efficiency of our ticket sales. Plus, it has helped us "lead" our ticket buyers into the 21st century with advanced ticket sales online. Before now, we could only sell paper tickets through the local Chamber of Commerce office or at the door. Now we can sell to anyone anywhere any number of days before the actual event. What do you like best about TicketSpice?

What do you like best about TicketSpice?

I absolutely love what I've seen so far with TicketSpice. It has completely transformed the way we manage ticketing for our events. Before discovering this company, we thought we could do it all ourselves wasting time and money on building our own software. It was a constant headache and took away valuable time and energy that we could have been using to plan and organize the actual event. In the world of being short-staffed, TicketSpice has SAVED us. (and I'm not being dramatic ;) )
