Made it easy to trust them by offering cancellation insurance that I got. I ate something that didn't agree with me and was unable to go and when I tried to get the refund, I was denied because I don't have insurance and unable to go to the Dr to get proof. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The platform is quite easy to use, and the fact that it allows me to access the money raised from the sale of the event tickets before the end of the event seems perfect, since it gives me the opportunity to solve any unforeseen event. That it be introduced to me while I finish coordinating the event in question, in addition to allowing me to pay the artists, photographers, catering services that are going to be presented at my event. Another point that seems very favorable to me is that by issuing tickets digitally through Ticketbud, I can keep a better sales record, in addition to being able to greatly reduce my expenses by not needing to issue a physical ticket (thus reducing the design and printing costs). In addition, the system is multiplatform, so my assistants can purchase their tickets through the web browser or from their cell phone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Customer service was not always very responsive, I imagine it varies depending on the person on duty, but I think they should work on standardizing customer service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Setting up registration for my conference was so easy with TicketBud! I had previously been using a different registration website but was having many glitches and there was little customer support. When I switched to TicketBud, I was blown away with how easy it was to set up the conference and by their excellent customer service. They responded to my questions right away and even pro-actively scheduled a teleconference to answer any more questions and go through how I set up the registration. Ticketbud was such an easy process, even if I thought it wasn't going to be. I was nervous at first, but everything was laid out in a great format and smooth to fill in. It was also wonderful to have direct contact with them throughout the process. I always felt that I could turn to them if I had any questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only thing that was a little tricky was an easy way to get the names of those who bought tickets and which tickets they bought. It's only a few extra clicks than what I would have liked. You can call and actually speak to someone who is kind and considerate right from the beginning and if you leave a voicemail they get back to you very quickly. Their site along with instruction emails are very easy to navigate making the process of working with their platform a simple process from creating your Account to setting up your funding account (which I suggest WePay) right to creating and launching your event. Those not so tech savvy need not worry as their help screens walk you right through it and their representatives are attentive and follow up often to check in and see if there is anything you need help with. They make you feel like an important customer right from the beginning and take the time to look over your events in case you forgot to do something or have some advice and email you to let you know. Their pricing is much better then a lot of the other competition. I am a strong believer in giving excellent customer service which is my #1 priority, so when I become the customer I expect to be treated the way I treat my customers. TicketBud , specifically Ben Schwartz, my representative, did not disappoint as he has done an amazing job staying on top of things and checking in with us from time to time since our event went live several months prior to the event. I will continue to use TicketBud and Ben for any and all events going forward and recommend them often to others in my industry. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Ticketbud was as helpful as they could be over the phone when we had an issue with the same event showing up on two different pages. I found Ticketbud very easy to use and once I was in to using it, if I did have a question, I could always call the customer service help line and someone would answer the phone and answer my question. This is what I call outstanding Customer Service. All reps were very helpful. In addition, when I had to broadcast an email message to my attendees, Ticketbud was there to help. Plus, Ticketbud sent their monies directly to my account on a timely basis. I will definitely use Ticketbud again and again and will recommend it highly to others. I loved the mobile app. I was able to keep up in real time the number of tickets, tickets sales, and other stats to show how I was doing. Plus, able to scan with iphones was Awesome. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
