What do you like best about Ticketbud?

Ticketbud allowed me to easily create a site where I could communicate and sell ticets about a high school reunion. Moreso, because in planning an event, there are costs along the way before the event, I was able to determine when funds were dispersed to me, awesome. I also liked once someone bought a ticket, I had the ability to email the purchaser! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Ticketbud?

Made it easy to trust them by offering cancellation insurance that I got. I ate something that didn't agree with me and was unable to go and when I tried to get the refund, I was denied because I don't have insurance and unable to go to the Dr to get proof. What do you like best about Ticketbud?

The platform is quite easy to use, and the fact that it allows me to access the money raised from the sale of the event tickets before the end of the event seems perfect, since it gives me the opportunity to solve any unforeseen event. That it be introduced to me while I finish coordinating the event in question, in addition to allowing me to pay the artists, photographers, catering services that are going to be presented at my event. Another point that seems very favorable to me is that by issuing tickets digitally through Ticketbud, I can keep a better sales record, in addition to being able to greatly reduce my expenses by not needing to issue a physical ticket (thus reducing the design and printing costs). In addition, the system is multiplatform, so my assistants can purchase their tickets through the web browser or from their cell phone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ticketbud?

Customer service was not always very responsive, I imagine it varies depending on the person on duty, but I think they should work on standardizing customer service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Ticketbud solving and how is that benefiting you?

As an event planner, I know that the main means of earnings in this medium is the product of the tickets, where I recover the initial investment and I can even cancel the commitments previously acquired, however, what is the main problem that presented itself to me, the collection, usually had to wait to sell all the tickets to be able to proceed to draw accounts and pay the things that had to pay, which was somewhat annoying to my providers, however since I started using Ticketbud, I've gotten rid of that headache, since I can make advance payments to my suppliers and still see the income from ticket sales in real time, all at the same time ... I recommend using it if you are in the planning business of events, you will not regret it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Ticketbud?

Setting up registration for my conference was so easy with TicketBud! I had previously been using a different registration website but was having many glitches and there was little customer support. When I switched to TicketBud, I was blown away with how easy it was to set up the conference and by their excellent customer service. They responded to my questions right away and even pro-actively scheduled a teleconference to answer any more questions and go through how I set up the registration. Ticketbud helped me to set up registration for a conference via email and over the phone. They even provided me with suggestions to make the waitlist for my conference easier to manage. Using the other ticketing website, it would take at least a week to set up the registration but with TicketBud it only took a few hours. What do you like best about Ticketbud?

Ticketbud was such an easy process, even if I thought it wasn't going to be. I was nervous at first, but everything was laid out in a great format and smooth to fill in. It was also wonderful to have direct contact with them throughout the process. I always felt that I could turn to them if I had any questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ticketbud?

The only thing that was a little tricky was an easy way to get the names of those who bought tickets and which tickets they bought. It's only a few extra clicks than what I would have liked. What do you like best about Ticketbud?

You can call and actually speak to someone who is kind and considerate right from the beginning and if you leave a voicemail they get back to you very quickly. Their site along with instruction emails are very easy to navigate making the process of working with their platform a simple process from creating your Account to setting up your funding account (which I suggest WePay) right to creating and launching your event. Those not so tech savvy need not worry as their help screens walk you right through it and their representatives are attentive and follow up often to check in and see if there is anything you need help with. They make you feel like an important customer right from the beginning and take the time to look over your events in case you forgot to do something or have some advice and email you to let you know. Their pricing is much better then a lot of the other competition. I am a strong believer in giving excellent customer service which is my #1 priority, so when I become the customer I expect to be treated the way I treat my customers. TicketBud , specifically Ben Schwartz, my representative, did not disappoint as he has done an amazing job staying on top of things and checking in with us from time to time since our event went live several months prior to the event. I will continue to use TicketBud and Ben for any and all events going forward and recommend them often to others in my industry. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I highly recommend TicketBud to all those needing services which require Ticket Sales. I have yet to find one aspect that I do not like from Customer attentiveness to the platform to receiving the information and monies directly deposited into my account within 24-48 hours after purchase. What problems is Ticketbud solving and how is that benefiting you?

The business issues solved using Ticketbud is the ability to start setting up an event and not having to Go Live with it until I am completely ready to do so. The ability to add our Sponsor Logo's to the campaign allowing purchasers to click on the logo and be brought to their site is PERFECT for our industry. The company they use called WePay for the funding has been flawless in transferring tickets sold to my Business Bank Account and I can pull reports that I need in a few clicks. What do you like best about Ticketbud?

Ticketbud was as helpful as they could be over the phone when we had an issue with the same event showing up on two different pages. What do you like best about Ticketbud?

I found Ticketbud very easy to use and once I was in to using it, if I did have a question, I could always call the customer service help line and someone would answer the phone and answer my question. This is what I call outstanding Customer Service. All reps were very helpful. In addition, when I had to broadcast an email message to my attendees, Ticketbud was there to help. Plus, Ticketbud sent their monies directly to my account on a timely basis. I will definitely use Ticketbud again and again and will recommend it highly to others. What do you like best about Ticketbud?

I loved the mobile app. I was able to keep up in real time the number of tickets, tickets sales, and other stats to show how I was doing. Plus, able to scan with iphones was Awesome. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
