
After 13 years of using it, I'm very familiar with it...until they change things. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
They keep making updates that don't help our company at all, and there are bugs all the time. When contacting their support team, you have to teach them how to do what it is you're trying to do that is broken and they ALWAYS have to escalate it to a higher support member and get back to you. They usually get back with "we found no bug can you explain it again?" Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
