**What do you like best about Thryv?**

It is helpful with getting marketing that works. Making sure to see what competitors are using and is working and what isn't working. Also helps with the clientele to be able to see me and my products/services.

**What do you dislike about Thryv?**

The downsides of using Thryv are the costs. I know marketing does cost money but that is the major pain point. The user interface is a little confusing and to a small business owner it could be overwhelming.

**What problems is Thryv solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My visibility problem is being solved. It is benefitting me by getting me more clientele and work to be done.

**What do you like best about Thryv?**

Keap has helped me automate many mundane processes in my business. These are essential tasks that I don't have to DO anymore!! It also helps me keep track of my leads and sales, so I don't have to hunt down my numbers.

**What do you dislike about Thryv?**

As with any software, there are going to be issues from time to time. Keap is no different in that regard, but I know that they care and work hard to resolve those issues quickly and effectively.

**Recommendations to others considering Thryv:**

Give it a try!! It was a change-maker for me!

**What problems is Thryv solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main problem I've solved is nurturing my leads and tracking my sales. I've got reports so that I can see how my sales THIS month compare to the same month last year and the year before. This has been invaluable to me.

**What do you like best about Thryv?**

Keap is a good and simple to use utility for the purpose of sales force automation. With the help of Keap, we were able to perform the same tasks over and over again, thus getting all-in-one sales and organized customers who, thanks to us, did not have to perform the same tasks over and over again. My institution bought the copyright of Keap as a means to manage leads and to automate the transformation of leads into customers. Apart from this, we also use Keap to solve user queries through the ticketing system.

**What do you dislike about Thryv?**

Keap is a sales automation tool that includes all the functions to sort leads and automate, thus avoiding repetition of the same tasks. All is well with Keap and I like it.

**What problems is Thryv solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keap is the recommended marketing automation machine to perform all sales performance management and also flow management. Keap gives us a day by day view chart that contains information about the accumulated profits of the overall trade. Its incorporation and sustenance are exceptional. We get good help with respect to keeping the team together during the integration. It is usually the most good help with potential customer administration and support ticketing.

**What do you like best about Thryv?**

Because it helped me reduce the amount of different apps I needed, Keap is wonderful. With just one study experience, I now have them all in one space. Keap makes the integral component of the advertising and front-end run smoothly and simultaneously offers the excellent user experiences that we are valued for. In fact, it ended up being cheaper compared to all my different tools from before combined. Keap is an extraordinary help for campaigns and innovative marketing strategies due to the diversity of links to other systems. Keap fits all the requests we have, including lead management, internet usage, video calling and Gmail integrations, and it is feasible to connect to other requests as needed.

**What do you dislike about Thryv?**

The billing procedure has been difficult; There have been some problems with entering credit card data and Keap's email transmission tracking has not shown all the links that were visited, but only shows the initial link. As far as this was implemented, it was not possible to have an exact control of the advertising revenue. A double-subscription email has certain customization possibilities.

**What problems is Thryv solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I would like to see an improved web builder that is more powerful and easier to use, as well as having more options available for those who want to trigger campaign objectives based on specific fields in the builder. Also, there are some difficulties when doing the handoff of customer data into the system; a more automatic way to accomplish this needs to be found. Keap is a surface that mixes a CRM with marketing and advertising automation in order to assist companies in their expansion.

**What do you like best about Thryv?**

The thing that I like most about Thryv is the complete intergration of all my different systems and pay into one platform. It cuts down on the management time and allows we to focus more on business. I also really enjoy having a local rep who I can contact at any moment to get help or connected with someone who can help me.

**What do you dislike about Thryv?**

Honestly, there are very little downsides to Thryv. For a solo small business I would say the absolute biggest downside in the cost for the plan and the website. I think it would be a very fair price for a slightly larger business, but its really expensive for me.

Thryv has help consolidate all of my listings and information from across the web into one site which saves a great deal of time.

I love all the features that come with Thryv and the ease of using this platform. The support is amazing, from your personal support member in your local area. Weekly calls to show you how to use the platform is beyond what I expected.

There is nothing that I have disliked about Thryv yet.

Keeping communication from many platforms is a heaven sent. Separating your contacts into relevant groups to make sure you are sending the correct communication based on their grouping is a life and time saver. There are so many other features that I am just now diving into and know this platform is going to be everything I need.

Thryv Business Center allows me to take control of my customer relationships with the support of a dedicated 24/7 team. It also as provides me with a simple solution to schedule and post content to all of my social mediai channels in one easy to use interface freeing me up to focus on other important issues within my business.

Price is always a concern and I always look for godd value. I am yet to find any downsides to dealing with Thryv

**What do you like best about Thryv?**

I like the ease of managing your primary marketing tools in one place. The website and social editing features are very easy to use. I'm not familiar with most website software systems, so I love that Thryv has a very simple tool to make changes to both the mobile and web version of our company site. I also like that you can schedule social posts for all of your platforms at once. In addition, any time I've had an issue, the customer support chat feature has quickly and easily fixed my problems. I use this product daily and I'm glad that we have it in our office.

**What do you dislike about Thryv?**

The new social media dashboard has made it more difficult to implement, but I'm sure it will get better as I learn how to use it. I feel as though it was thrust upon us quickly. I also feel that there are some features missing from the social scheduling, such as an easier way to readjust photo sizing.

Time spent posting content, time spent editing website, and being able to do more marketing in-house versus using an agency.

I wish reports were more robust or that basic/template reporting was easy to implement and then customize.

Do your homework first. Make sure you have the time, determination, and intelligence to work with a program this in-depth.

Mostly, Keap is giving me time back by automating a lot of mundane taks.

They seem to have slowed, dramatically, the updates for Keap max classic, instead updating the lower tier options.

I love the multifuntionality of Thryv.  Using Thryv and their team to create my website was so easy.  I love the CRM feature.  I also like how it connects to all of my Social Media accounts and posts on all platforms for me.  I recently wrote my first book and using Thryv to help market my book has been so helpful.  I love having one place to go to do EVERYTHING!

It is so robust that it does take a while to learn everything.  The staff is super helpful and they are just a chat, email or phone call away so I need to reach out more when I need help.

A simple, minimalistic interface makes Keap intuitive and easily adaptable. The time spent on the learning curve while interacting with a new tool is noticeably low with Keap. All options are easy to navigate and walk through!

**What do you dislike about Thryv?**

- The list view, known as Groups, in Keap is a bit restricted in terms of applying filters.
- The Deal view can be improved for pipeline visibility. The platform also currently does not allow creating Groups/Lists using Deal-related filers like deal stages, activity, etc.

**What problems is Thryv solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Problem: Keap is helping our small Sales maintain a pipeline to keep their work organized and Marketing to have visibility on deals and overall progress.

Benefit: Better visibility is helping us get a grip on our Sales and Marketing efforts combined.

By far, the feature that brought me to Keap and that I rely most heavily upon is task automation.

**What do you dislike about Thryv?**

There is defintely a learning curve invovled and some features I do not use as routinely as others.  Those lesser used features I usually need to re-learn.

**What problems is Thryv solving and how is that benefiting you?**

What I know about business is that there are two ways you can scale which are automation and delegation to other team members.  My first choice is almost always to automate the task, even if some of it needs to be delegated to a person.  Keap allows me to move beyond automation of e-mail campaigns and document the entire sales process from lead collection, assignment to team members for follow-up, automated marketing sequences, e-commerce functionality, and more.

I like the all emcompassing business plan the offer from website design and service to the all encompassing social meda attraction.  The consistant follow up and onboarding has made their platform very user friendly.  The staff that has been assigned to me has been very professional resulting in more success of integrating their platform into my systems.  Now my goal is to have my team utlize the benefits on a daily basis.

At this  point I have very little to criticize.

**What do you like best about Thryv?**

Thryv provided a knowledgable Success Manager (Crista) to help me get set with all of my marketing needs.  The Business Advisor, Jacob Thompson, has been extremely supportive and has gone above and beyond to help me in getting exactly what I need for my business development.

**What do you dislike about Thryv?**

I did not like that the marketing campaigns through Thryv are limited to a 50 mile radius of my location.  I provide online services and want to expand my marketing outreach to the entire USA and iternationally.

Thryv has helped me to optimize my listings management across several platforms.  They have also helped me to develop a marketing campaign for advertizing on social media.

One of the drawbacks is the initial time and effort required to manually input all business information into the software program. This manual data entry process can indeed be time-consuming.

Thryv is solving the challenge of managing various aspects of my small business by providing a centralized patform. By consolidating tasks such as email management, appointment booking, social media engagement and payment processing, Thryv helps streamline my operations and improve efficiency.

**What do you like best about Thryv?**

I have been using Keap for several years and it is one of the best choices for my business that I made. As a business coach and consultant, I see so many email marketing and CRM systems used by my clients, and so many have limitations to the way they are used. With Keap, you can create customized funnels, amazing landing pages, and world-class emails. Not only that, I teach Keap to clients and one of the things I use and teach is the pipeline, which allows me to move people through my process and into a sale. I always know where my money is and what I need to focus on.

I use Keap daily and rarely have a problem with the software. But when I do, the customer service is amazing. They resolve any problems quickly and efficiently and in one call. I highly recommend this product and would love to talk to anyone who has questions.

**What do you dislike about Thryv?**

One thing that does need improvement is when there is an update in the emails and landing pages. You have to recreate them and cannot copy them into the new integration. This is frustrating and causes rework, which I hate.

I use Keap for lead generation activities, and moving them through my emails sequences and sales pipeline.

Some help files can be a little hard to find, but once I find them the content explains everything I need. The customer service team is a great help to help me find any support documents I can't locate, or answer my questions and help me solve my problems.

I am a new customer to Thryv and in the 2 weeks we have established a lot. You have the ability to practice on system as well as you have on going meetings to ensure you are understanding the system with integrations and proper functions and capabilities.

So far only down is your basic subscription comes with the ability to connect only 4 channels (email, phone, fb, instagram) if you have more social media accounts they can be added seperately but not as channels that can sink leads in. 

You have the option to be able to add additional channels for an additional price if you wish to do so though.

There are functionalities that I would like to see for my business specifically that KEAP cannot do as of now without an integration with a different system. Because of how we use the system, I would like a better e-commerce integration.

- The Facebook messenger integration is not useful, we ended up disabling the feature after it chased off more leads than it nurtured.
- Support is not as responsive or helpful as they claim. Regularly am told they will email me back with a solution only to hear nothing from them.
- Leads management is not intuitive and have had trouble training people how to use it properly unless they are younger and tech friendly.
- Zapier integration is lacking when it comes to talking to other systems and what triggers you can use.

**What problems is Thryv solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We chose THRYV as the sales CRM for our remodeling company. It has helped us build up our social media following as well as add the service scheduling feature to our website. The marketing automation has helped us get more reviews and launch new specials. But due to a lot of issues with how the software operates and how lacking we have found the support we have decided to move on to another CRM. The SMS feature has been down for over a week and support can't tell me why, other than it was something they did, or how long it will be down. This is the type of support you can expect.

We have been using the Thryv tool for a little over 2 years and we really like it.  It offers a central location to manage marketing, client information, invoicing, forms, document signature and more.   We are able to control a lot of the social media and marketing content that is sent out.  It is user friendly site and has a lot of tools to make it easy for businesses.  The custom support is helpful, as well as the online support Q&A.  We feel we are getting more leads than we had before, which we attribute to Thryv tool.

**What do you dislike about Thryv?**

I dislike that we don't use all the functionality that the tool has to offer.  We have other applications that we use for billing and have not integrated it together.

The Thryv tool handles our marketing needs the most.  We have seen our leads increase since using the application.  We know we can take steps to increase the number of leads, but need to make sure we are able to handle the volume.

**What do you like best about Thryv?**

Keap (Ulitmate) has a very powerful and robust automation engine that is highly configurable by advanced users. It has excellent integration with Zapier, which adds in-depth cross-platform functionallity. Keap does have an API for more advanced users and developers, which is welcomed. Keap's Contact records are also highly customizable allowing for unique field additions and tagging.

**What do you dislike about Thryv?**

Keap (Ultimate) is currently experiencing challenges due to system overload in my opinion. Over the past year, backend performance has declined, leading to slower page load times for end-users, which are now noticeably less efficient. The platform offers an abundance of features, but many seem superfluous, catering only to a limited range of business types and lacking in maturity. Additionally, the user interface (UI) transition is incomplete, falling short of what one might expect from a near-final release, and it appears to have undergone insufficient user testing.

Crucially, several features fundamental to the platform's core functionality are not yet fully operational. For instance, the email designer (builder) is missing modern capabilities that have been standard on comparable platforms for some time. Similarly, the landing page functionality does not meet current standards as it lacks essential features required for effectiveness. The documentation is another area of concern, with a significant portion appearing outdated. Keap should refocus on it core strengths and refine these features to a high degree and then branch out to other features in my opinion.

The mobile app has posed persistent issues for users over many years. Furthermore, Keap's attempt to integrate AI assistance in content creation is currently subpar and falls short of being practically useful at the time of this review. This feature, in its present state, should be considered for removal from the app in favor of implementing a third-party solution, as seen with other platforms.

**What problems is Thryv solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Keap to automate some of our marketing efforts, but not all. We do not market via SMS but use it for client reminders. We keep most client data in Keap and use this for client retention marketing. We use automation along with integrations and some API transactions to help reduce staff workflow fatigue. We could use the platform for more and would like to. However, until core features reach a more robust state, we are still using other platforms and services.

I enjoy the flexibility and management of Keap Ultimate. It's simple and easy to start using and once you understand the nomeclature of Automation, you'll never go back. Seriously, this was easy to impliment with a responsive Support Team who are available for specific questions when they come up. I use Keap Ultimate everyday as a way to manage Customers, Merchant Accounts and Products.

**What do you dislike about Thryv?**

Keap Ultimate is the full package and they've thought about many different things related to what it takes to run a CRM. What is the most difficult thing about Keap is that there are limitations of certain custom fields and application of Permissions to different users. At the end of the previous version, you could create Groups and assign users to Groups (much like the Active Directory paradigm) but that is no longer the case.

Keap is solving the challenge of managaging, maintaining and curating a database of customers, products and emails. When it comes to emails its both about Transactional and Marketing messages. This heavy-lifiting is vital for our business and Keap is doing a great job of managing all of it from a centralzied location.

**What do you like best about Thryv?**

I have run my way through a few email marketing services and CRMs through my own business and through client work. They all have their own little quirks and peccadilloes, so choosing the right one for your business is going to depend on what specific services you need and what frustrates you the least. 

For me, the visual logic of Keap's Campaign Builder is what won me over. It is the most flexible way to build an email campaign that I've seen, and once you learn it, it's pretty easy to use. (Hot Tip: watch the Monkeypod training videos, which are now a part of Keap Academy to learn how to use the features you need. They're easy to understand and Greg is a delight). If you DON'T want to learn it, there are plenty of experts for hire and pre-made campaigns in the marketplace that will probably do for your needs.

**What do you dislike about Thryv?**

Sometimes they announce features in development prematurely and then abandon them. One such feature was native Shopify integration, which I was really excited about. I can still connect my shop to my Keap using Zapier, so it's not a problem so much as it is a disappointment.

**What problems is Thryv solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My business has two major arms that are largely unrelated to each other. I have my ecommerce shop, and I have creative services for clients. I need to be able to keep communications to those two segments separate, and I like being able to do that in exactly the way I want it done. Keap allows me the precision and flexibility to keep my clients sorted and organized, and not overlapping.

Thyrv keeps the daily pulse of our operations. BT (Before Thryv), the company schedule and customer communication was flying by the seat of its pants.

**What do you like best about Thryv?**

Very robust, good financial reporting, can customize many, many things, including reports and dashboard. I love that you can integrate with a bunch of other tools and use the marketplace to get done what is needed. The Keap Community is also really helpful!

**What do you dislike about Thryv?**

Some financial reporting doesn't display what it says it will, the overall look of it can take some getting used to since there's a ton of information to sort through.

**What problems is Thryv solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automation automation automation! It's robust and fairly easy to use. We love that the automation not only solves for marketing issues, but also internal operational ones.

I haven't found anything yet that I am not satisfied with. I'm not saying that it won't happen, but it hasn't happened yet.

They are helping with advertising, ad development, ad placement, and overall ad management as well as online presence and getting our business lanched and recognized.

**What do you like best about Thryv?**

The most helpful thing about thryv is that it keeps our company organized. Many features are helpful not only for us but for our clients. One of the most valuable things about it is the appointment reminders to the clients. Especially during busy season, it can be hard to remember to follow up; with Thryv it makes it easy and keeps our workflow moving!

**What do you dislike about Thryv?**

I would say that there is not a ton of downsides to Thryv. The only thing Is that the mobile app with appointments could be improved to look more like google calendar.

**What problems is Thryv solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is solving the problem of time management. Creating automation can take about 5 mins rather than adding clients individually to an email blast. I also love that I can look at who viewed the email, whose email went to spam, and more!

**What do you like best about Thryv?**

I love the way the communication chaos is calmed. I feel more productive and that I'm doing the right things at the right time. I love the ease of scheduling, and the ease of sending out a marketing email. Tech support is amazing.

**What do you dislike about Thryv?**

the reporting - there are some real lacks in being able to report on your business or for the owner to get informaiton needed to make wise decisions about the business - conversion rate is one, etc.

**What problems is Thryv solving and how is that benefiting you?**

making communications easier - having all the information for a client available in a flash - all together. And love that the search bar searches inside the notes too!

**What do you like best about Thryv?**

The fact that Thryv is a software that manages 90% of your business platform is what I adore most about it. The personnel is quite helpful in configuring the software for you, and it is completely customizable to meet your business's needs. It's also incredibly user-friendly. Working from one location is simple with Thryv's integration with major business platforms and social media networks. They have an excellent customer service team that is always willing to assist me when I need them. I'm eager to utilize my Thryv software every day to expand my company to new heights.

Honestly at the moment there isn't anything I dislike of the Thryv software

**What problems is Thryv solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I chose Thryv because I wanted to be able to use one platform for all of my company needs and to expand my web visibility.

**What do you like best about Thryv?**

Customer support is wonderful. Always able to get in touch with my rep and she always is on the ball with making sure we get the answers we need and the turn around is quick. Even when she is out for maternity leave etc. The ball has never dropped. 
Also, the ease of creating estimates and the implementation of sending invoices or recording payments is always a plus for us.

**What do you dislike about Thryv?**

Good Question. Maybe a reminder/task system that could be built into the platform. They do have notifications that arise from overdue estimates etc. but would like to expand on that.

**What problems is Thryv solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Thryv solves our estimating, invoicing, CRM needs and payements.

I appreciate the convenience of having everything all in one place. My profession is in medicine and even though I know how to navigate the web, I would rather focus on my practice while Thryv takes care of my online presence.

I would mind the occasional promt to modify what isn't working and amplify what is bringing in more business.

My goal is to bring in more business but ultimately I want to be the first site viewers come to when they are searching my designated keywords.
