What do you like best about Thrive learning?

I love how Thrive is changing the game when it comes to learning! It makes it more engaging for learner and helps to create a great learning culture within businesses. Learning no longer needs to be boring. You can get creative with the campaign feature and draw colleagues into learning.

Ian O'Rouke is great and always supporting us whenever we need him answering any questions we have or helping us to get the most out of Thrive Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Thrive learning?

There are a few features of Thrive that are quite limiting, for example when creating audiences or the file size when uploading videos however Thrive is constantly innovating and chaging the platform to meet the needs of their customers and these 'dislikes' become likes. What do you like best about Thrive learning?

From administration to user experience, Thrive works. There are a lot of platforms pushing their USPs that end up being a headache to use.

Since we moved to Thrive, engagement in our platform and content has shot up, and feedback from end users has been great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Thrive learning?

Sometimes new features get released that could do with more testing and feedback. Having said that, most get quickly developed and updated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Thrive learning?

- Great customers service that has so far helped me and the organization so much to reach our internal goals

- Thrive is expansive and dynamic, it has many possibilities for any type of need

- Thrive is easy to use with many straight forward features that mostly require a simple video or quick explanation before the user grasps the concept for the feature (such as managing audiences, teams, uploading content, etc.) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Thrive learning?

- The site often takes long to load, leaving some users impatient

- There are a number of issues that were reported in the past, such as videos being blurry at the start that have not yet been resolved. This has a bad influence on learners experience

- Despite its expansiveness it can be very static as well at points, making it hard to adhere to all learning needs. I wish the platform could have more personalized features in order to ensure all types of companies could use it without limitations Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Thrive learning?

All content is centralized and easy to search learning resources. The content contains gamification elements and modern/relevant content to reflect current events. Lots of webinars and events to join to ensure the most is made of the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Thrive learning?

Thrive should allow individual teams to have their own page [similar to social media] where forums, shared content can be uploaded onto that specific page. Users can then subscribe to those teams to follow content update. Content could be shared via Teams rather than solely email to increase engagement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Thrive learning?

Thrive offer bitesize learning for Places for People colleagues, learning is accessible and designed to cater for both professional and personal development needs.

The Thrive catalogue is also used for specific compliance/industry regulation viewing or where a specific set of colleagues need to expand on a skill set in a non-compulsory setting.

Thrive provide a user friendly accessible viewing journey that makes learning effortless for all colleagues. They are also constantly making upates to ensure all levles of accessibility are addressed, which is something that Places fo People have as a top priority.

Thrive make my role easier as I am able to dive into the diverse offering of resources within the catalogue and browse an array of topics.

The courses are also available in varying formats SCORMs/Video/PDFs/Podcasts and they are viewable on any device which has access to the internet.

The way in which updates are communicated and new realeases is issues is also timely and enables me to plan my campaigns. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Thrive learning?

I honeslty can't really say that there is a downside of Thrive learning as I have had nothing but positive feedback from colleagues who are engaging with the content.

I guess the only point I could raise would be that I wish that more people were viewing the content, I am working on strategies to push views/ completions etc but this is not a worry for Thrive ;-) It's a journey trying to foster a learning culture, but I am glad to that I have Thrive on my side as you do help! What do you like best about Thrive learning?

Thrive is intuative. If you know how to navigate any social media platform, you already know the basics of Thrive. Anyone can upload content which allows for your org to create a true culture of learning where different people from different departments are sharing knowledge!

The implementation was awesome and a process that I wish others would follow for software deployments. We got a dedicated implementation manager who helped us create goals for various points in time and walked through everything over the course of a few weeks to ensure that we fully understood the new tool.

Our Customer Success Manager took over after implentation to ensure that we always have what we need to be successful and that people are using the tool.

We chose Thirve in part to be able to provide future integrations with other tools like Udemy, Open Sesame or LinkedIn Learning. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Thrive learning?

Wish they had formal certificates you can download after completing each course, especially if you have an ILT. Honestly that's about it. Our team has really grown to love it and use it frequently for compliance and non-compliance training a like. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Cassie Gasson of Thrive learning

Thanks so much for the kind review Zdravko! Certification has actually just landed in Thrive too, so all your boxes are ticked :D Nate, your CSM, will send over all the information and everything you need to start using the great new feature. Thanks again!

What do you like best about Thrive learning?

The service offered is outstanding. From implementation (which was super-easy) to ongoing support. As a super-admin user I access the site daily to see who has been looking at or for what to inform our L&D offer across the comnpany, compliance figures and who has been commenting. This is something we've never had before. Integrating Thrive into our company was a breeze in comparison to lots of other changes that have taken place recently. Brilliant. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Thrive learning?

There are a few things we'd like more control over as super-admins, but our customer support manager really takes our suggestions on board and we often see product improvements as a result. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Thrive learning?

I like how you get notified when new/mandatory learning is assigned. I like how we can pull data out of thrive for example outstanding and incomplete learning as this helps us drive compliance. I like how you can personalise home screens for different arms of the business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Thrive learning?

I feel the naviagtion at times can be tricky. Alot of colleagues struggle with phone software or landscape layouts of content and not being able to view it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
