1. Detailed insights - on DAU, WAU, and MAU.

2. Automations - perfect for 0-11 journeys for new members.

1. UI/UX can be better - the platform is a bit confusing to use at first. It takes time to get the hang of it.

Automations are the most powerful I've seen for Slack! Saves me so much time. The team is also super responsive and ships quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nothing so far. Perhaps their Slack Community tagged me too many times at the beginning so I snoozed notifications. That's tiny though. So far, great great things and can honestly 10/10 recommend Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
