* Ease of Integration

* Ease of use. Multiple channels on slack were integrated and trained within minutes

* Their Chrome plugin is nifty tool which allows our engineers to maintain context of the ticket while leveraging the ThreadoAI bot

* Flexibility to integrate and query on multiple resources like excel sheets, PDFs and other non public URLs.

* The product team is agile and focussed on customer success. Loved the way they turned feedback into features in a short span of time

* New and effective features are being rolled out at regular intervals

* Customer Support responsiveness. This was particularly impressive. Their whole team is keen to resolve customer issues promptly. Not sure if this will change once they scale, for now their support is amazing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Threado?

What do you like best about Threado?

What I absolutely love about Threado is its robust analytics feature. It provides me with deep insights into community activity, member behavior, and engagement metrics. These analytics are not just informative; they are actionable. I can identify trends, discover areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to enhance the community experience. The support is great; it’s become impossible for me to miss important messages. What do you like best about Threado?

I haven’t used another community tool that does automation better than Threado. We have been able to solve problems that we couldn’t have solved otherwise. It saves me an immense amount of time by automating repetitive tasks like member onboarding, content scheduling, and notifications. Threado's personalized messaging feature is incredibly valuable. It enables me to create tailored and targeted messages for different segments of my community. Whether it's welcoming new members, providing exclusive updates to loyal contributors, or sending reminders to less active members, the personalized messaging feature ensures that every community member feels valued and engaged. A lot of the things that Threado does cannot be done manually and I’ve seen better engagement, activation, and interactions happen in the community because of it. What do you like best about Threado?

Definitely the workflows. Before this, no other tool had the intricacies that Threado provides. The workflows I’m able to design are extremely flexible and they help automate most processes or problems that I have today. It’s extremely intuitive and empowers me to nurture, engage, and scale a community which is now a lot more vibrant and alive thanks to Threado. How I can send personalized messages to custom member groups is a gamechanger. What do you dislike about Threado?

To be honest, it's challenging to find anything significant to dislike about Threado. However, if I had to nitpick, I'd say they could improve a bit on analytics and reporting a bit. But they’re launching community insights soon which I think will solve this problem and bring new meaning to how community managers comprehend and work with data. Threado effectively addresses several challenges that I faced. Firstly, it streamlines community interactions for our Slack community, by providing detailed workflows starting from onboarding itself. Being able to share the right resources has made it easy for members to find relevant topics and engage in conversations that matter to them. It’s very difficult to break down your community i.e. how many lurkers, how many active contributors, etc., but with Threado, I’ve been able to use filters and tags to understand my community in a whole new light. What do you like best about Threado?

As a community manager growing a Slack community with new members daily, Threado has made onboarding and community engagement so much easier and helpful with my schedule and time efficiency. I have already shared my idea with the Threado team, but the poll tools don't work as intuitively as I would have hoped. I suggested some ideas to improve this and have the poll tool deploy on Slack like an actual poll where members can vote. I hope to see this updated on the platform soon! What do you like best about Threado?

Threado's automations help me to onboard and engage every new member of our community. This just wouldn't be possible if I were doing it manually by myself. The automations are powerful and have built in logic gates, functions for adding tags, asking new members questions with a supplied set of answers - I'm pretty impressed with how powerful it is. What do you dislike about Threado?

What do you like best about Threado?

My favorites are the bulk DMs, cohorts and tags, and automation. We use these extensively to help engage our community and add a personal touch to our communications. Threado has helped us track community metrics and correct course when required. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We manage our community on Slack, and I'd love it if a community platform like Threado could give us scripts we can embed on our website or some other form of a sneak peek I can use on a webpage. The goal is also to function independently while aiding who powers our communities, so things that will help us reach our potential audience or connect with them better will be a great help!
