Everything thus far from the experience with our AE to the handoff to our proejct team was smooth, and the individuals we've worked with have been helpful, thorough and kind. Gives us - the Employee Communications team - a lot of control and flexibility over the intranet that we didn't have with Sharepoint. The analytics site takes some getting used to and there are some thing we wish we could measure more easily than is possible with the site. Flexibility for a decentralized model, mobile capabilities, scalable and adaptable. Intuitive to design and customize pages (which optimize wonderfully for mobile). Configured and custom cards allow for creative and outside-the-box solutions that foster engagement and innovation and facilitate ease of use. On a related note, ThoughtFarmer support has been outstanding pre- and post-implementation. We genuinely feel that our needs and requirements are taken seriously with every effort made to accommodate. As a ThoughtFarmer customer for over ten years, functionality and service drove our decision to retain ThoughtFarmer as our intranet provider as we recently upgraded and modernized our intranet platform. Overall we are satisfied with ThoughtFarmer; however, we feel core functionality such as auto archiving should be given a higher priority for enhancement. ThoughtFarmer analytics appears to be cumbersome and not intuitive (perhaps this will change once we gain experience with it). Administration security seems to be all or nothing; more flexibility with security roles would be an asset, especially in a decentralized model. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
