Its been great having the option to create our own customized loyalty program and have it integrated with our Lightspeed Point of Sale. We can stay connected to customers better than ever before and even automate offers to dormant customers! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Can't really think of anything in particular that I've had an issue with Thirdshelf. If a customer returns or exchanges an item that they purchased with a loyalty discount, it does create a little confusion in the system because it doesn't return the loyalty reward/points to their account to be used again. I like the integration with our POS system, I like the ease of signing people up as a result of that, and I like that you can segment groups of email customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Being able to go to that "next step" is lacking. While it is easy to set up a campaign, evaluating the effectiveness of that campaign is non-existent at this time. You cannot compare basic metrics to other campaigns or just average sales in general. I don't like not being able to bring in birthdays from the existing POS system - that is tens of thousands of data points we could use to our advantage if possible. I like how simple it is to use. It integrates with our Lightspeed POS system so we can track customers right inside the POS. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
On the integration side it would nice if it was able to auto-populate in the POS when a customer is selected. Right now we just have to click on a loyalty button after a customer is selected. This isn't a huge deal but sometimes the clerk forgets to click and we miss the initial tracking of loyalty points with a customer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
