There are so many different functions available within Therap to document everything for clients from daily living to goals to emergency reports. The ability to search documents from the past is pretty easy to information is readily available when working with a client. The messaging feature is also very helpful for communicating with all staff. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Some of the features feel like you're getting the runaround. It is not always user friendly and may require a training from someone who is familiar with the program to get the most success out of using Therap. I also dislike how the search feature limits data on only 3 months at a time- this makes looking at past information very frustrating and difficult at times. Therap is great for documentation on your client. It is better than writing in books the way we used to because some people’s handwriting are ineligible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
