Therap Services, LLC provides secure, web-based documentation, communication and electronic billing services to 7000+ Home and Community Based Service providers across the United States as well as for 20+ state government IDD and Early Intervention systems of care. This includes a certified EHR, HIPAA compliant Medicaid and private billing, service documentation and secure communication and data sharing between all stakeholders including families and self advocates.

Therap is an extremely user-friendly program that allows a great amount of detail and information over a wide range of situations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are only a few areas in which a change here or there could help, but that may just be individualized to how our agency uses the program. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Therap Services solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are able to gather better documentation from Direct Support Staff. We can keep track of everything about each invididual's life and services. We are also able to do regular monthly contacts to funders in a quick fashion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
