Therap Services, LLC provides secure, web-based documentation, communication and electronic billing services to 7000+ Home and Community Based Service providers across the United States as well as for 20+ state government IDD and Early Intervention systems of care. This includes a certified EHR, HIPAA compliant Medicaid and private billing, service documentation and secure communication and data sharing between all stakeholders including families and self advocates.

Would like to see more notification systems. For example, I know I can pull a report for ISP date; however, I want the system to know it is due, notify me and let me know if it is not completed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Therap Services?

It allows me to keep the majority of my documentation all in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Therap Services?

I wish that storage/upload sizes were bigger. Sometimes we have to send attachments in multiple parts. I also wish that the TMS system was more advanced and we could customize it to our agency's internal training so that we did not have to have an external LMS system.
