Therap Services, LLC provides secure, web-based documentation, communication and electronic billing services to 7000+ Home and Community Based Service providers across the United States as well as for 20+ state government IDD and Early Intervention systems of care. This includes a certified EHR, HIPAA compliant Medicaid and private billing, service documentation and secure communication and data sharing between all stakeholders including families and self advocates.

What do you like best about Therap Services?

The most helpful thing about Therap is that it allows each agency's provider administrator a lot of administrator rights to the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Therap Services?

What I find the least helpful is that there are some features that do not give me the information I am looking for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Therap Services:

If you are concerned about the system, implement Therap Basic in one program. Once you see how well it works, you will want to implement it in every program and then expand to other modules. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The storage section of ISP plans needs to be BIGGER and CASE NOTES should be available on the mobile device. PLEASE UPDATE ASAP. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
