What I like best about Therap is their templates and easy to navigate interface! Theraps Global Template Library has saved me from creating templates from scratch, saving me time and money! It is not user-friendly, It has a set list of options to choose from and sometimes the behavior I need to document is not listed and, while I am still learning the system.
