For our team, the Vendor Management module has been revolutionary. It allows us to easily manage all of our vendors, export vendor risk assessment reports, and keep all of our documentation organized in one place. We have been able to significantly reduce the onboarding time for new vendors, thanks to the approval/review features. Previously, it used to take us around 3-4 weeks to onboard a vendor, but now we can do it within 1-3 weeks. Further, the Marketing and Policy modules allow cross-functional team efforts to be centralized with little training- it's intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only difficulty we've experienced is uploading multiple documents at once, but overall, Themis has been very accessible and easy to understand. Not to mention, they have an excellent customer support team that is always available to answer any questions we may have. Themis has helped our team tremendously! From automating manual processes to centralizing disparate functions, the platform continuously gets better and better. The marketing module has been a game changer for marketing reviews. We are able to set up collaborative workspaces with partners and track reviews for each partner separately while pulling reports for those partners and internal reports. We are also utilizing other modules for training, complaints, and document sharing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The one challenge we have is collaborative workspaces set up by other partners have limitations. We have noticed a lag in email reminders. The system also does not carry comments in a submission from the collaborative workspace to the internal workspace, requiring each comment to be moved manually.
