There are nothing dislike about it but this is an expensive product not everyone can use this as we can say it as a over budget thing so not everyone can use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about The Search Monitor?

I like the fact that there are limitless possibilities to present your information with different graphs and charts adding different segments to make it more granular. I also like that I can see a live search result for example for my brand searches on different devices in different cities to see if any competitors are bidding more aggressively in different geo locations Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about The Search Monitor?

I dislike the oldish interface. I know it's been changed recently but it still feels and looks kinda old. Also I dont think it has the most user friendly menus and UI. Due to the large amounts of data it also crashes a lot and not sure if that's due to our client or due to TSM's back end. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As mentioned previously we used it a lot to monitor competitor activity on our brand terms as we're in a very competitive market. We can also see it segmented by hour to see if we need to up-weight bids at a specific time. Also to monitor new offers by competitors and loads of other uses Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
