The initial stages were a strugle at first as they did not have the experience in dealing with customers in our niche business offering and how to speak to them. Their model/approch tends to be dealing with customer pain points and we didn't find that approach effective so by listening to what we suggested based on our experience in our industry, they were able to navigate and bypass the challenges we were facing with them and begun seeing improvment in our lead generation with them. Sometimes TSF needs to switch out team members, which can take some time for the newer member to ramp up. As with any company, some employees are more effective and communicative than others! They have done a great job of preparing for this and developing strategies to mitigate it, such as effective documentation, transitional periods, and maintaining gender-neutral names when contacting customers. I found TSF to be fairly priced. Doing demand gen is expensive, but for a small firm like ours, we did not have to invest in all the infrastruture and management, which is easy to overlook. The representatives we've been assigned are willing and eager to learn about our niche, SAAS product, and can quickly relay an elevator pitch to prospects. Graham from TSF has been integral to our lead outreach efforts, and his feedback on pain points and what''s working/what's not working has been super helpful for both our sales and marketing teams.
