Chet tailored his workshops to the exact needs of the business, spending as much time as possible learning what we do, why, and how we want to continue doing it. His experience in different business types allows him to translate learnings to your exact needs.

**What do you dislike about The Sales Doctor?**

Nothing I can think of, he is very professional, flexible, and responsive.

**What problems is The Sales Doctor solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The Sales Doctor provided expert help for creating a sales mindset, while keeping customer need at the center of everything we do.

**What do you like best about The Sales Doctor?**

Chet conducted a 1-day workshop and training at our SDR Leadership offsite event.

He brought in a nice mix of data, trends, 3rd party perspectives and storytelling to keep things interesting. And he had some very tangible takeaways too. The experience was high quality, clear and actionable.

In retrospect, we wish he'd been there multiple days, as his content was insightful and we began implementing some of his concepts from that single day right after the offsite. I would 10/10 recommend him to my fellow sales and SDR leaders.

**What do you dislike about The Sales Doctor?**

No dislikes. One tip: Make sure you specificy how much "teach vs live practice vs takeaways" you want, as the Sales Doc can do it all and is flexible to your teams needs and style.

**What problems is The Sales Doctor solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Whenever you do anything in a bubble, you wonder if you're getting to the best decision or outcome. I'm a big believer in also looking outside the bubble to resources who can give other perspectives and share what others are doing/thinking to reach success. The Sales Doctor helped us do that. We were able to see what other SDR teams and leaders do on a daily, weekly, monthly and longer-term basis to drive the right motions, volume of activities, tech stack utilization, and IC performance. Also people leader skills.

**What do you like best about The Sales Doctor?**

He was knowledgable, kind, nice to speak with and got on with the team, making it easy for them to engage and download his knowledge and best practice.

**What do you dislike about The Sales Doctor?**

That we didn't work with them more! I hope to work with them again in the future.

**Recommendations to others considering The Sales Doctor:**

The Sales Doctor is extremely knowledgable and able to translate that into easy to understand training for your SDR/BDR teams.

**What problems is The Sales Doctor solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Chet was amazing as a guest speaker for our SDR/ BDRs when working at Funnel.io. He was more than happy to spend time to speak with the team and educate them on all things SDR/BDR. We had a big Outbound push so he helped us there. A great fit to the guest education program we put in place that included internal and external subject matter experts talking about and educating the team.

The Sales Doctor was able to customize my approach to my  unique business needs.  While I may be quite different than his normal clients, he was able to apply the similar solid principals to help me increase my pipeline and brand awareness.

**What do you dislike about The Sales Doctor?**

Nothing.  Service and follow up was top knotch and beyond expectation.

**What problems is The Sales Doctor solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Chet helped me narrow down my offering and tighten up my value proposition.  He also created my podcast marketing plan to assist me in widening my network and increasing my brand recognition.
