What do you like best about Factor 8?

I really find Factor 8's services practical and valuable because their structured methodologies can be applied directly to real work, which is important for my team. I appreciate their expertise as it's grounded in real sales leadership experience, which builds trust. The reusable tools like playbooks and coaching guides are incredibly helpful. I also enjoy the SWIIFT intro, especially how it includes role plays and activities provided by Mase, making it fun and dynamic. As I test things out daily, I believe it will improve my call quality, allow me to have stronger discovery conversations, and lead to better conversion rates. What do you dislike about Factor 8?

What do you like best about Factor 8?

I really appreciate Factor 8 because it has been helping us at CytoSens improve our skills for calls and tracking our clients and prospects. It's been really helpful and has improved how we approach calls and conversations. The experience has been great, and I continue to benefit from the education they provide. The team, including Maze, has been great, offering a lot of valuable information and experience. The approach of the coaches, their skill sets, and their planning as they follow each step of our training have all been really helpful. I use Factor 8 for sales training in the Call Goals module, and it has been helping me grow in my sales knowledge. The program is helping us develop our sales skills and become better on the phones. I find the show/prove sessions with Jen particularly helpful as they have significantly boosted my confidence and sales abilities. I find the live training sessions with Factor 8 very ideal. Their services are helping me with call planning, particularly with call structuring and creating an appropriate call bridge. The call reviews offered are very helpful, as they allow me to review calls with my team and coach ourselves with our peers.
