I love Factor 8’s 90-day plan as it keeps me focused by allowing regular reviews of past accomplishments, while clearly articulating focus areas for the upcoming quarter. The COACHN model and framework around difficult conversations are incredibly beneficial for managing a high-performing business team effectively. I also find driving performance with GOALS particularly beneficial as it helps me differentiate between goals, milestones, KPIs, missions, and values, ensuring clarity in our team’s connection to the company's objectives. What do you like best about Factor 8?

For me, the most helpful part of the training was being able to role-play new techniques right after learning them. It helped me internalize the skills faster, build muscle memory, and get real-time feedback in a safe environment. Practicing objection handling, call openings, and discovery questions with peers made the transition to live calls feel much more natural and less intimidating. "Old dog learning new tricks"
