  ### 1. Empowers Our Sales Team with Effective Techniques

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Felipe M. | Freelance Work, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Factor 8?**

I use Factor 8 for sales training and motivation, and it has been helpful in overcoming objections and opening up meaningful conversations during phone calls. I'm particularly fond of the Swiift methodology as it has improved my call quality and connect time. The method is great for breaking the ice with new prospects by highlighting common pain points, which helps gain trust and present myself as knowledgeable. I've also benefited from the hands-on exercises and the constructive feedback from the program administrator. These exercises are effective for gauging the Swiift method, and the feedback helps me improve in areas like question quality, ensuring I ask the right questions at the right time. Additionally, Factor 8's approach has contributed to better time management, so I don't get stuck in one area for too long.

**What do you dislike about Factor 8?**

I personally enjoy it all. Perhaps add more examples in the library or perhaps some audio recordings.

**What problems is Factor 8 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Factor 8 helps me overcome objections and start meaningful conversations, improving call quality and connect time. The Swiift method builds trust by addressing industry pain points. Hands-on exercises and feedback help me refine question quality, enhancing sales effectiveness.

**Official Response from Oleta Scott:**

> Felipe, love that the SWIIFT method is helping you build trust with new prospects right out of the gate. The idea of adding more audio recordings to the library is a solid one, really good feedback. Thanks for sharing such a thoughtful breakdown!

**What do you like best about Factor 8?**

I really find Factor 8's services practical and valuable because their structured methodologies can be applied directly to real work, which is important for my team. I appreciate their expertise as it's grounded in real sales leadership experience, which builds trust. The reusable tools like playbooks and coaching guides are incredibly helpful. I also enjoy the SWIIFT intro, especially how it includes role plays and activities provided by Mase, making it fun and dynamic. As I test things out daily, I believe it will improve my call quality, allow me to have stronger discovery conversations, and lead to better conversion rates.

**What do you dislike about Factor 8?**

Maybe have it super tailored to our specific campaigns. Maybe seeing the coach practice with some of our lists to see it in real time. Aligning the scripts even more to what we call through daily.

**What problems is Factor 8 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Factor 8 helps with value-adding intros to keep prospects engaged, improves questioning techniques, and provides structured methodologies like SWIIFT intro and role plays. It's practical and trusted due to real sales leadership experience, offering reusable tools like playbooks and coaching guides that enhance call quality and conversion rates.

**Official Response from Oleta Scott:**

> Karla, the idea of working through your actual lists in real time is a great one and worth raising directly with your coach. Really glad the SWIIFT intros and role plays are making it dynamic and not just another training to sit through. Thanks for sharing both the wins and the wish list!

  ### 4. Practical Training That Actually Works for Virtual Sales

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brent M. | Account Manager lll, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Factor 8?**

What I like most about Factor 8 is how practical and real‑world the training is. Everything is built specifically for virtual selling, so it actually matches how we work day‑to‑day instead of relying on generic sales theory. The focus on live application and real call scenarios makes the learning stick and translates quickly into better conversations on the phone.

**What do you dislike about Factor 8?**

If I had to point out a downside, it would be that the pace and intensity of the training can feel demanding at times. Because the sessions are very hands‑on and behavior‑focused, they require a high level of engagement and follow‑through, which can be challenging during especially busy periods.

**Recommendations to others considering Factor 8:**

I would recommend Factor 8 to any team or individual who sells in a virtual or phone‑based environment and wants training that actually translates into better performance. If you’re looking for practical, behavior‑based coaching—not generic sales theory—Factor 8 is a strong fit.

To get the most value, I’d recommend going in ready to engage and apply the material actively. The program works best for people who are open to feedback, willing to practice in real time, and committed to changing how they approach conversations. Simply attending sessions without applying the frameworks won’t deliver the full benefit.

**What problems is Factor 8 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Factor 8 is solving the gap between traditional sales training and the realities of modern, virtual selling. Most sales training focuses on theory or in‑person selling scenarios, which doesn’t translate well to phone‑based or remote environments. That gap leads to slower ramp times, inconsistent messaging, lower confidence on calls, and higher turnover.

**Official Response from Oleta Scott:**

> Brent, loved reading this! The real call scenarios piece is something we put a lot of thought into, so hearing it's actually changing conversations on the phone means a lot. And you're right about the intensity, it's built that way on purpose, and your advice to come in ready to engage is spot on.

  ### 5. Account Executive

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Patrick B. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Factor 8?**

Jen has done a great job of getting us to take a step back to self reflect on our approaches and implement small, practical strategies that get us more time on the phone with prospects.

**What do you dislike about Factor 8?**

Better time management on the show & prove meetings so we can get more content in.

**Recommendations to others considering Factor 8:**

Go in with an open mind. The changes Jen recommends aren't going to flip your world upside down, so they're easy to implement in real life scenarios.

**What problems is Factor 8 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Factor 8 is helping us get more quality time on the phone with our prospects, so when we do speak with them, we're actually learning more important information about their needs, which in turn will help us sell more effectively.

**Official Response from Oleta Scott:**

> Patrick, that self-reflection piece is so intentional and the small shifts really do add up to more quality conversations. Point taken on the show and prove timing, we'll use that to tighten things up. Appreciate you sharing it.

  ### 17. From Ambiguity to Impact: Our journey with Factor 8 and John Healy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tina B. | Director Distribution Enablement Training and Development Team, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Factor 8?**

Our experience with Factor 8 has been deeply rewarding and impactful. What stood out most was the authenticity and effectiveness of the coaching. John Healy’s facilitation style brought a unique blend of humour, empathy, and real-world relevance, making each session engaging and memorable.
We appreciated the clarity of expectations set throughout the program, which helped our leaders better understand their roles and responsibilities. The hands-on practice, especially around difficult conversations, was invaluable—giving our team the confidence and tools to navigate complex situations with professionalism and empathy.
The learning materials from Factor 8 were another highlight. They were clear, concise, and interactive, allowing participants to quickly absorb foundational concepts and immediately apply them through practice and affirmation. There was no filler—just meaningful, actionable content that respected our time and delivered results.
John’s ability to support with curiosity and respect, while still challenging each leader to grow and strive for their best, created a safe yet motivating learning environment. This balance of encouragement and accountability helped drive consistency in leadership behaviors, increase team engagement, and empower leaders with purpose.

**What do you dislike about Factor 8?**

While our partnership with Factor 8 has been overwhelmingly positive, there are a few areas where we see opportunities for enhancement:

Extended Session Time: The sessions were highly engaging and packed with valuable insights, but at times felt too short to fully explore complex topics or allow for deeper discussion. Longer or more frequent sessions could help reinforce learning and provide additional time for reflection and practice.

Follow-Up Reinforcement: Post-session follow-ups or micro-learning refreshers could help sustain momentum and reinforce key concepts over time. This would support long-term behavior change and ensure continued growth beyond the initial training.

These are minor areas for improvement in an otherwise outstanding partnership. Addressing them could take an already excellent experience to the next level.

**Recommendations to others considering Factor 8:**

Our two-year partnership with Factor 8 and John Healy has been a cornerstone of our leadership development journey. John has helped our team uncover greater clarity in their roles as sales leaders—empowering them to own their day, redefine expectations with their teams, and lead with purpose and consistency.
One of the most impactful elements of John’s facilitation is his ability to coach with clear expectations while providing hands-on practice, especially around difficult conversations. These sessions have built confidence and capability across our leadership team, driving stronger engagement and more meaningful connections with their teams.
John’s style is authentic, kind, and encouraging. He uses humour and real-world anecdotes to bring scenarios to life, making learning both enjoyable and memorable. He supports with curiosity and respect, while always pushing for growth and helping each leader strive to be the best version of themselves.
The Factor 8 learning materials are equally strong—clear, concise, and highly interactive. They’re designed to help learners quickly grasp the basics and then move into practice and knowledge affirmation, with no filler—just practical, actionable content.
All around, this has been a fantastic partnership. The combination of expert facilitation and thoughtfully designed curriculum has elevated our leadership culture and made a lasting impact.

**What problems is Factor 8 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Factor 8 helped our team solve a critical leadership challenge: developing confident, consistent, and purpose-driven sales leaders who could effectively coach their teams, manage their time, and lead with clarity.

**Reviewed by:** Ni'Cole M. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Factor 8?**

It helped me recognize the areas where I was lacking as a leader.

**What do you dislike about Factor 8?**

Absolutely nothing. If I had to pick one thing it would be that John Healy wasn't here as often as I would've wanted him to be

**Recommendations to others considering Factor 8:**

This tool is an excellent way to pinpoint both your strengths and areas for improvement as a leader. It also provides opportunities to involve the reps, allowing them to contribute their perspectives on their own training and coaching.

**What problems is Factor 8 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I've learned how to navigate difficult conversations, manage my day so that I stay in control rather than letting the day control me, and delegate tasks effectively. I've also developed coaching skills that encourage reps to reflect on their own performance, identifying both their strengths and areas for improvement. Additionally, I've become better at creating actionable game plans and ensuring that everyone is held accountable for their responsibilities.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kay T. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 15, 2025

**What do you like best about Factor 8?**

For me, the most helpful part of the training was being able to role-play new techniques right after learning them. It helped me internalize the skills faster, build muscle memory, and get real-time feedback in a safe environment. Practicing objection handling, call openings, and discovery questions with peers made the transition to live calls feel much more natural and less intimidating.

**What do you dislike about Factor 8?**

I think the only downside was the order in the training modules, I think it would have been helpful to have some of the modules sooner in the program.

**Recommendations to others considering Factor 8:**

I would absolutely recommend Factor 8 to anyone in a sales or customer-facing role—especially those in digital or inside sales. What sets this program apart is how practical and immediately applicable the training is. You’re not just sitting through slides—you’re learning, practicing, and getting real-time feedback in a way that sticks.

**What problems is Factor 8 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before the training, I often found myself relying on instinct or trial-and-error when it came to handling objections, structuring calls, or engaging prospects effectively. Factor 8 addressed this by providing a clear, repeatable framework for sales conversations, objection handling, and time management.

**Reviewed Date:** November 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Factor 8?**

The COACHN methodology has quickly made a positive difference for both associates and coaches in my organization. Sales associates are enthusiastic about getting involved, and coaches feel motivated right away by the outcomes they see.

**What do you dislike about Factor 8?**

The preparatory work required before the workshop can take quite a bit of time.

**Recommendations to others considering Factor 8:**

Trust in the practice.

**What problems is Factor 8 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before working with Factor8, my organization lacked a structured and consistent approach to coaching and developing our inside sales associates. Factor8's COACHN methodology not only addresses this gap, but also empowers sales associates to take charge of their own skill development. At the same time, it enables both coaches and associates to hold each other accountable throughout the process.

  ### 34. I'd Recommend Factor 8!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** EMILY H. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Factor 8?**

I love how hands-on and real the training is. It’s not just theory—it’s stuff we can use immediately. The trainers actually understand what it's like to be on the phones, and that makes a huge difference. The energy they bring keeps people engaged, and the examples are always spot-on. I also appreciate how they partner with us—it doesn’t feel like a vendor relationship, it feels like a team effort to grow our people.

**What do you dislike about Factor 8?**

If I had to pick something, I’d say the only challenge is coordinating schedules, especially when trying to get everyone in the same session. With a busy sales floor and different time zones, it takes some juggling. But honestly, the impact of the training makes the logistics worth it.

**Recommendations to others considering Factor 8:**

If you’re looking for training that actually sticks—and doesn’t just check a box—Factor 8 is 100% worth it. This isn’t generic sales theory or boring lectures; it’s real, hands-on coaching that helps you improve where it really matters: on the phones, in meetings, and with real prospects. I’d recommend it to anyone who wants to build confidence, improve their sales conversations, and actually enjoy selling more. Be ready to participate and put in the effort—what you get out of it depends on what you put in, but if you're committed, the results are absolutely there.

**What problems is Factor 8 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Factor 8, I sometimes struggled with consistency in my own sales conversations. Some days felt great, others left me second-guessing myself, and I couldn’t always figure out what made the difference. Factor 8 helped me pinpoint those gaps and gave me the tools to build real confidence in my process. Since going through the training, I feel so much more in control during live calls—I’m asking better questions, navigating objections without getting flustered, and actually enjoying the conversations. It’s been a game changer for my growth and performance, and I can see a clear improvement in my results and mindset.

  ### 35. Strong Balance of Refreshers and Fresh Insights

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Constance E. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Factor 8?**

The content is practical, relevant, and applicable.

**What do you dislike about Factor 8?**

If I have to note a downside - it's that some of the material can feel a little basic at times, especially if you have more sales experience. That said - the foundational content really serves as a useful refresher and greatly reinforces the best practices that aren't always prioritized.

**Recommendations to others considering Factor 8:**

This training is helping me shift away from transactional selling conversations more toward a consultative approach. If yourself or your team is struggling with breaking out of the habit of asking surface level or closed-ended questions, uncovering real paint points, or struggling with better alignment with customers or prospects - I recommend Factor 8. Whether you're new to sales or a seasoned rep needing a strategic reset - they deliver practical tools and insights to make a real difference.

**What problems is Factor 8 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Factor 8 is helping me break out of the habits of keeping my approach at a surface level. I often jump to solutions too quickly. By placing emphasis on more open-ended questioning, I can have more meaningful conversations that uncover real pain points which is ultimately allowing me to build stronger relationships and ultimately having more meaningful outcomes.

  ### 43. Factor8 BDR Training Review

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 10, 2025

**What do you like best about Factor 8?**

I think the mix of brief topic discussion right into exercises helped the reps conceptualize and put into practice the lessons learned very quickly.

**What do you dislike about Factor 8?**

The only downside to using Factor8 is one that can't necessarily be solved by the team, but it's that we have varying tenure in the department, so reps that have been with the company/department for 1.5-2 years may get less out of the sessions given their experience.

**Recommendations to others considering Factor 8:**

Understand where your team/department is at from a foundational skill building scale to a more advanced BDR scale.

**What problems is Factor 8 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Factor8 helped solve for a few foundational areas of BDR development. For example, we spent time on "swift intros" to make an impact on the first few seconds of a conversation to then earn the right to the bulk of the conversation and ultimately the close.
