The most helpful component of Richard's training was his role playing. Without any prior knowledge of our industry or Aurora's product offering, Richard used open-ended questions to counter a customer's response. Richard was very interactive over Zoom and would go into example cases that fellow AE's raised. Sometimes I felt like we'd hit a rabbit hole and spend a little too much time on a very specific subject which is tough on long Zoom-based meetings.

Richard is excited to take on any tough question, objection, or sales scenarios you want to throw at him. His no-nonsense approach to sales is direct, straightforward, and confident, but he is the first one to open himself to differing opinions and tactics. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I attended an online group training across industries and I work specifically in travel advertising. Richard specializes in sales for software and technology companies and much of the training assumes a demo and some industry-specific jargon. which was not always relevant to my particular industry and sales cycle.
