That Clean Life has allowed me to elevate my practice by offering a variety of meal planning guides and plans to my patients in a perfectly packaged way. I love the continuous updating of recipes so we can always offer something new and exciting to longterm patients, as well as the ease of meal plan creation. I also like that we have the option to provide nutrition information or keep that information to ourselves for more sensitive patients who would not benefit from calorie counting.
I use TCL with virtually all of my patients in some capacity, whether that is more detailed meal planning or simply pulling recipes for them to use to get them excited about food. It's been really seemless to implement in my practice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There aren't too many negatives I can think about; however it would be nice to have the option of more than 1 side when creating meal for patients to help with more thorough planning. I am a Jane App user, so unfortunately TCL doesn't integrate with our system; however it hasn't been a huge limitation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love the templates because it allows me to really quickly and easily pull together many different recipes all with the same theme or goal. Plus, the themes often give me ideas for new content I can share with my community or send out to nurture my current leads. I also really like the variety of recipes. It eliminates the need to spend a ton of time researching different diets and health conditions because I can trust the evidence provided by That Clean Life. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I do like the monthly airdrops that are sent out. However, I wish they came out a month earlier. For example, the "Heart Healthy Recipes" airdrop just came out today, February 6th. Since I plan my newsletters and content 1-2 months in advanced, it would be nice to have these earlier so I can incorperate them into my plans. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I can't say enough good things about that clean life! It has made my life immeasurably better. It cuts admin time surrounding meal planning for my clients. The filter is easy to use and I love that they are always adding new recipes. When I have people with a lot of food restrictions, I am able to provide options for them! The reset, filter button is too close at the bottom and often times I have cleared all my settings that took a long time to input. I've done it multiple times and it's frustrating.
I also think they should have tags like Almond free (or other ingredients that have so many types of the same ingredient), so we don't have to click the 10 different almond ingredients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's so easy to use! It was easy to integrate. I use it all of the time. I love that I can use it for both 1-2-1 clients and group programmes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One small downside is that the conversion from US to EU/UK metrics doesn't round up or down so you end up with odd number like 'preheat the oven to 213 C' This in my opinion is the only issue I have with it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that it is easy to use and there is such a variety of recipes and the ability to search by pretty much anything makes all of the difference when doing meal plans for my online program. Customer support has been great when I've had questions. Recipes are easily customizable, and the comments from other users are very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would like to see an app for the iPhone.
Uploading pictures from my phone to a recipe is painful. Customer support did recommend an app to use that resizes the pictures so that they aren't bigger than they should be. That's great, but automatic resizing would be awesome! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The numerous recipes that can be easily found through filters, customization, and healthy ingredients. I also love the already made templates. This software has saved me a lot of time in my practice and my clients absolutely love the recipes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I cant think of anything that is least helpful.
I wish you could add like name brand products such as "oikos triple zero Greek yogurt" to add to a meal plan vs "Greek yogurt". Having brand name options or the ability to add would be a big asset.
I also wish there were more templates for different chronic conditions or the ability to search recipes based on condition such as autoimmune, IBS, heart health etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As a naturopath whose clinic focuses on whole foods, I've explored many meal-planning tools, but That Clean Life has become my go-to choice. The platform offers an impressive variety of recipes and provides ready-made meal plans that are realistic for my clients to follow. Whether they require gluten-free, sugar-free, dairy-free options or have other dietary needs, creating customised meal plans they'll genuinely enjoy is simple.
I especially appreciate how seamless it is to filter recipes by specific dietary requirements. Instead of spending hours sifting through recipes, I can quickly narrow down meals that suit each client’s needs—and trust that they’ll be delicious and nutritionally balanced. A very minor inconvenience is changing Americanism to English/Australian for my demographic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As a health coach, I'm constantly seeking innovative tools to support my clients' dietary needs. That Clean Life (TCL) has proven to be an invaluable asset in my practice.
With TCL I am able to easily filter recipes based on specific dietary restrictions for each client. I can quickly find suitable options for clients with diverse sensitivities, from common allergies like dairy and gluten to less common ones.
I can providw clients with a curated list of easy-to-follow recipes which in turn empowers them to take control of their health. The variety of options ensures they never get bored, and the detailed instructions make cooking accessible to even the most timid cook.
TCL streamlines my workflow by offering pre-made meal plans and customizable recipe lists. This saves me time and allows me to focus on providing personalized guidance.
And TCL is commited to adding new recipes and meal plans which keeps things fresh and exciting for me and my clients ensuring that my clients always have access to a wide range of healthy and delicious options.
Overall, TCL is an indispensable tool for any health coach. It's user-friendly, highly customizable, and a valuable resource for both clients and practitioners alike. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have added many of my own recipes to my TCL library. If and when I decide I no longer need the program, I will lose all those recipes as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I stumbled across That Clean Life in the early days of my practice and have now been reintroduced to the company since they have been acquired by Practice Better.
I personally like the templates and the Automator which allows you to make your own templates or meal plans quickly and easily. I appreciate the fact that you can have a great deal of customization when creating nutrition plans for clients including nutrient profiles and macronutrients.
Their recipes are always healthy and delicious and very similar to what I would recommend to clients if I were to make it myself so I have to do very little customization which is extremely helpful for busy professionals.
The software allows me to make protocols, programs, and meal plans that I can use within my membership, it integrates with Practice Better which makes client management even better and their customer support is very helpful if you have any questions.
I use the software regularly when I have a lot of clients to assist and when I'm not busy or don't have a lot of clients to help I'm able to downgrade my package until I need to use them again.
That Clean Life makes my job easier and I'm happy I've found their software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only thing I would say I don't like is all of their templates or the majority of their templates include snacks and I wish they had more templates without snacks for practitioners who don't want their clients snacking in between meals or have other strategies like intermittent fasting.
I understand that the templates can be edited but it still takes a while to remove the snacks and adjust the macronutrients accordingly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I appreciate the evidence based research which goes into creating different meal plans for specific health conditions. I can easily swap out recipes based on my clients individual needs and allergens, and adjust recipes to help clients have a good example of meal structure. I've created many of the recipes I share with clients and they are 9 times out of 10 really delicious and easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
When listing ingredients to exclude, it is annoying to have to continue to re-type "tomato" to get all of the possible products containing tomato added to the list. It would be so much more helpful to be able to type the ingredient once and then click all the possible iterations of "tomato" and finish up more quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
