What do you like best about TextUs?

The best part of TEXTUS is being able to maintain ongoing conversations and being able to pick up from where you left off. It is very convenient to be able to go back to a conversation and see what was said. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TextUs?

Thats a tough question. TEXTUS has wonderful features that allows me to maximize on getting in touch with my clients. I guess if I have to pick something, I'll pick the multimedia part of TEXTUS. Sometimes they do not always go thru. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TextUs?

TextUs is very helpful for automating the texting process. It is very user-friendly and easy to navigate. I am able to see at a glance all responses received and the amount of time the customer has been waiting for a response to a text they have sent to my team. What do you like best about TextUs?

I like the idea that I can text from my desktop and phone to clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TextUs?

I do not appreciate how slow the application is, how it boggs down all other functions of my computer while it sends and recieves messages, does not sync most recent messages between my phone and desktop, will clear my chats when I don't want it to, deliver poor quality pictures to and from clients, its search engine is poor on the phone and in the desktop version...just to name a few issues. What do you like best about TextUs?

I love that you can create templates to make messages go faster. They store on the side of the screen in a little add-on button. It's easy to use and makes life a whole lot easier knowing that I can connect to candidates a lot easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I cant really think of anything, as I've been using it for a few months and I havent had any issues.

What do you like best about TextUs?

It's easy to use right away and integrates with other CRM platforms. It has an app that keeps you in touch even when you're out of the office or you can use their email notification function. What do you like best about TextUs?

The program is very user friendly, and it saves time when trying to reach out to multiple individuals. It also allows us to speak to our external employees when they are unavailable to answer the phone.
