Textr Team is a versatile software with many available tools that help create marketing and SMS campaigns by providing a great system that allows planning all the SMS campaigns and streamlining the entire process, attracting more leads as a result. I like that the interface is very clean, and I also like the fact that it provides a good quality of phone calls; I have never had any issues when it comes to listening to the other person and vice versa, and I can easily manage all the leads and different business partners by segmenting them into different lists, it has nice organization tools that I am constantly using it to save time and send out text campaigns faster. Luckily I have not found anything that I dislike about Textr Team. Its platform is very stable and allows me to receive and make calls anytime without any issues like connectivity or so, it is constantly updating to provide different tools, and it is, overall, a great software that does its job. Textr Team is the tool that we were looking for to be able to expand our line of communication in our company; on the front page, it is the number one and fundamental tool in the development of customer service, as well as easy interaction with our business partners or within the same work team. It has no limitations when establishing national or international calls, as well as the number of messages that we can receive or send, adding that we can always have a conversation in real-time without having equidistant interruptions. It establishes a good connection and has allowed us to deal with the requests of our clients through various lines, thus being able to cover the public we need. The platform works perfectly and its usefulness has been representative for our company, the only disagreement is its interface, it can get somewaht boring and unattractive, a little more dynamism would improve the user experience, however, we know that they make constant updates and that's it, it comforts us because they always seek to improve variolus aspects. I believe that it has all the capabilities to achieve a good VoIP system, with this we have achieved a fluid connection to make calls and send tect messages in real time. It gives us the option of having alternate phone lines through which we can expand our business development capabilities, where borders are no longer impediments and we can connect from wherever we are with whoever is necessary, thus being able to reach each one of our clients and to be able to achieve much better our approach to them, attending to their requests, doubts and suggestions, improving our relationship with clients and building loyalty through our service just by improving our communication system. The recording and supervision of calls is a plus to always keep in mind the information contained in them and to be able to use them in our labor analysis. Determining negative aspects during the use of the platform was considerably complicated, since we have found what we were looking for, to be able to expand communication with our clients through the integration of new telephone numbers, diversity and ease of use and accessibility. It is a simple and comfortable platform, with practical tools that provide the ability to interact with our customers from wherever we are, forming a qualified team in charge of being aware of the telephone lines and attentively serving all customers who have a request. Having this platform has taken whereby various means we can meet requirements and not only that, give a quick response to them. The notification is in real time and keeps us always active in the event of a new call, another important tool is the monitoring of interactions, which gives us the possibility if developing the history of our clients and from this, being able to respond to their concerns or requirements. Although it is a great platform, I think it still needs better updates to innovate its interface a bit, it can become too simple and not very dynamic, in addition to the fact that we would love to have more tools available that increase our capacity with respect to the functionality and that allow us to expand the user experience. Textr Team is a software that is very complete and has the necessary features to communicate with clients effortlessly; I like that it provides unlimited numbers and helps plan marketing SMS campaigns that help attract more leads; it is a tool that combines the easiness of texting with the professionalism of campaigns, organizing the numbers to send campaigns in bulk is easy and I like how successful it tends to be. I also like that it records every call with high-quality audio, providing us with the right audio quality to be able to access what is being said for different training sessions for new employees, and it allows me to separate personal calls from business calls. The only thing that I have to say I do not like about Tedxtr Team is the fact that the speech to text feature does not work properly at times, sometimes it won't catch what is being said properly and the text won't match, it still needs a lot of improvement for it to work well with every call without needing to manually correct the wrong stuff that was transcripted. It is an open window for a much broader communication, allowing us to cover different aspects of work, forming part of a multichannel system where it is possible to enhance CRM work by communicating with each client or business partner from lines that allow us to make more contact direct and establish a correct communication route to attend labor requests. The IVR recognition has undoubtedly been one of the best tools of the platform; it allows us to automate customer service, categorize requests and redirect them to the different departments in charge; in this way, we take care of correctly serving each client who requests our services and gives them the best care possible. Collaboration tools have been what we needed to perfect our CRM system, maintain a work administration on the attention of requests and cover as many requests as possible. I find very few negative characteristics worth highlighting; the most distinctive would be the price; a more affordable price would be a viable alternative for small companies to expand their business opportunities. One of the first things I liked about this platform is the ease with which you can set up a new phone number for work or personal purposes; you can get a unique number with a simple button. Obviously, you will have to pay a fee to get that other number, but I find the prices per number relatively low compared to other alternative platforms. In addition, I liked that the platform does not have any limits when sending or receiving messages; the calls for each number obtained are free, and it does not matter if you make international or national calls; relatively smooth, and it shows you each received message in real-time, you don't have to wait for additional time to receive the message correctly, each message will be displayed in your main tray immediately, this is really good. Actually, the only problem I noticed about this platform is its interface;. However, the App is in beta phase, I consider that it could have a much more attractive interface so that users can feel more comfortable using it and managing several phone numbers within her.
