We weren’t getting the support we needed from our previous SMS provider. We were treated as just another customer and often ignored or forced to go through a bot to get the answers we needed. As a small business, we do not have the resources to hire a dev team to build a whole set of Twillio integrations. However, we truly understand the value of creating a direct relationship with our customers - many of whom don't or barely check their e-mails. Textla opened up a world of possibilities for us that seemed out of reach. The feature set is exactly what we needed. Their new no-code platform is very thoughtful put together very and easy to use. Textla is beat of an SMS platform. It's sleek and easy to use and it costs a fraction of what I was quoted by the other providers in this space. I use SMS quite a bit for sales outreach and it's made the process of texting clients a lot easier and added some nice automation to the process - saves me hours every month. Textla is great for sending “set it and forget it” text messages to my customer base. I use it primarily to send out billing reminders to my customers, and it’s worked great thus far.
