What do you like best about Textla?

Textla has eliminated manual follow-ups from our workflow. Our team used to have send out manual follow ups to our clients via text. Textla has largely removed the need for us to manually type them out. We simply add them to an automated SMS campaign and voila! They receive the follow-up texts automatically. What do you dislike about Textla?

Wish there was a way to integrate our SMS campaigns into our workflows with emails, calls, etc. But can only ask for so much from a texting platform. :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Textla solving and how is that benefiting you?

Saving my team a ton of time each week and making sure we send the right message at the right time, every time. Our customer response rates are great and we have never had any issues with deliverability using Textla. It’s a great product that has worked as advertised for our business. What do you like best about Textla?

Textla has enabled us to do bulk SMS outreach to our influencers here at Ubiquitous. The creators we work with don't always respond to email, so Textla opens up a crucial channel for us to hit by letting us get into their text DMs. My team loves the simplicity of the interface. Textla is helping us reach creators when we need to connect with them urgently about a campaign. In our line of work, time is of the essence, and texts get the fastest / highest response rate. What do you like best about Textla?

Textla is a great way to do bulk SMS marketing campaigns. We are using it to reach prospects via their DMs as part of an omnichannel strategy with email + phone call + LinkedIn + text. It's so easy to use. Took 15 minutes to set up and get running. The support has been fabulous so far too - was really impressed with their onboarding experience. What problems is Textla solving and how is that benefiting you?

Textla is allowing us to deploy SMS campaigns at scale to our potential buyers. We also use it for customers for our customer conference event promotion. Instead of sending texts manually from our reps' personal cell phones, we are saving hours of time each week by scheduling automated, on brand messages to go out, tracking responses, and sending follow ups all in the same interface. Saves us time while allowing us to reach our buyers and allows us to live in the channels where our buyers want to communicate (text). What do you like best about Textla?

Thing I love the most about Textla is that the interface is very easy to navigate and well coded. I didn't encounter any bugs and it had a very pleasant experience using it. It's not clunky or confusing; it does what it's supposed to and it does it well! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Textla?

Oh I love the software. It's an innovative idea that solve the problem that I've had for multiple years but I'm even more impressed by the service and their knowledge the team is not only knowledgeable about their product, but they were very knowledgeable about their integrations and the product that connect to it and how it functions.

They have been insanely generous in helping me troubleshoot and configure things for better delivery. They went out of pay to teach me, and to give extra effort and understand my business model, and help me to succeed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Textla?

There isn't a lot to dislike about textla. I am going to be frank about it. The team is super responsive, which is the most important. The product is very thorough and they do a really good job of explaining their product roadmap to their customers, therefore, really setting clear expectations on what and when I can expect things.

Vic with any start up they cannot solve all the problems all the time on the first day of course if there is anything I could say it would be there are always more features that I want but they already offer more features than anyone else in the space if they even have a computer in the space at all anyways.

I've had a good conference with their product team and their CEO and they have explain to me their goals and offered me solutions to work better with my parameters and goals also Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Textla solving and how is that benefiting you?

I was going to find a way to send a text messages cheaper and to have more control instead of using somebody else's service go directly to the provider and then textla sits on top of that and allows me to send to consumers it really solves the standard B2C question. What do you like best about Textla?

We mainly use Textla for our company’s marketing campaigns. We love their scheduling feature, because we can get the entire month’s SMS campaigns set up on a 1 hour zoom call at the beginning of the month. Once we finalize on copy & promotions for the month, they get scheduled in Textla & run automatically when their scheduled send date hits. What do you like best about Textla?

I was looking for a streamlined business texting service that didn’t cost an unreasonable amount of money when I found Textla. The results have been outstanding. We launched a significant number of SMS campaigns (winback campaigns, promotional offers, and new company announcements) that have driven massive ROI for our business.
