What do you like best about Textla?

Textla's product is incredibly intuitive and easy to adopt. Out of all the other campaign solutions I've tried, this one got me executing the fastest with the utmost confidence.

That when someone responds to the text message, you get dinged a credit, especially for unwanted text message replies. I would like to see a "do not reply or opt out of reply text message option." Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Textla?

Textla is the perfect platform for my needs. It was easy to onboard, import my contact list, create different campaigns, and the analytics were insightful, while being simple to use and digest.

I have not needed any help from customer service which is always a relief. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Textla?

Needing to wait for a phone number is not ideal and my free trial ended before I actually had the time to sit down and test the platform. I was confident they would deliver so I was happy to pay, but a usage based trial instead of duration would have made the process smoother. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Textla solving and how is that benefiting you?

We host events and have found email lacking as a way of inviting and reminding attendees of the event. Contacting them via SMS ensures that we stay top of mind, textla made creating this new channel as easy as sending an email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Textla?

Easy list import from your database or previous service provider

Simple to use and figure out interface

Great price per text at $0.005 per text Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Textla?

The auto unsubscribe is a bit glitchy. If they write stop and any other characters it will not remove them you have to manually do it Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Textla solving and how is that benefiting you?

When we pulled the list out of slick text. There was about 18,000 on the list. After the first usage of text la it reduced the list by over 5% for landlines or junk spam numbers.

Additionally slick text has been being screened out by AT&t service providers with text not getting through to customers that want them. Text La has a higher get through rate Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
