Textla Pros and Cons

Before I even spent a dime, the Textla support team helped me upload my contacts and get the kinks worked out of my csv files. The onboarding experience was detailed and the support team is U.S. based. The communication was easy and efficient. I enjoyed the experience getting started - and the platform is a breeze to use. We were looking for a system to help us with mass messaging to our clients and Textla was the most resposive and helpful service we found. I can integrate it with other softwares to send automated text messages to my customers & I can send mass marketing messages to inform all of my customers whenever we have sales going on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I can't use my own phone number for it and instead have to use a given phone number, but it's really not a big deal because I can just include my main number within the text I send customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
