Textla offers a smooth and efficient onboarding experience. The introductory call was short yet comprehensive, covering all aspects of the platform while answering all my questions. The platform itself is incredibly user-friendly—even for someone who isn't highly tech-savvy, I feel confident using all functionalities after just one session. Pricing is another major advantage—Textla is significantly more affordable compared to competitors, making it a fantastic option for small to medium-sized businesses. Additionally, the customer support team, especially Jeremy, was extremely helpful and professional throughout the process. What I love most about Textla is how simple it is to use! It makes sending personalized messages, managing reminders, and running promotions all in one place so easy for me and my team. Textla has made quick communication with our customers so easy. We are able to segment our lists and send with ease! Anytime we need assistance, their customer support is there to help out! So for some reason we've had people who opt-out or unsubscribe still recieve messages until we manually remove them ourselves. I'm not sure why, maybe they got changed to lead instead of unsubscribed, so I take the extra step to remove invalid/opted out numbers manually before each blast. I also don't like that I can't upload multiple .csv files at once to add new contacts. When I download Elementor contacts it downloads sometimes several .csv files as a zip. Not a huge deal but it would be nice to go through the contact upload process only one time instead of repeating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I really appreciate the app’s clean and simple design, which makes it easy to use. It functions exactly as expected and helps me stay focused on the task at hand. I spent a fortune with another carrier to get "approved" for texting ... and that other place didn't help at all. Textla helped me get through the process quickly with zero pain. Interface is intuitive, not clunky like other platforms. And it integrates super easy with Zapier. I got Kajabi integrated w/ Textla in 30 minutes and am now automating reminders, plus we've seen a significant increase in engagement through text messaging. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really liked the setup experience. It only took me a few minutes to go from signup to securing a phone number, to creating a campaign. I got 100 free credits as part of the experience to test out the system. The UI/UX is also pretty easy and fast.
As a software geek and GTM professional, I was very impressed with their PLG approach. It was nicely executed. I also really dig the design of the website, product, and brand. It's super fun and approachable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
