Have you ever sat for like 10 hours fighting with MS Word to format something the way you want? And MS Word keeps screwing up the margins or moving things around? Yeah so have I. Being able to write beautiful documents by command line is a savior. It looks the way I want instead of the other way around. No more fighting with MS Word! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The interface relative to other Latex compilers is attractive to me as well as the formatting pattern and the templates saved are very useful for beginner users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't like some icons that are regarding the remove and add a row. Also, add new columns and add new rows. those icons should only appear when required not every time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

User Interface, Easy to run the document, Generates PDF, Supports different types of latex versions. You add images, tables etc, in one tip no need to right the entire code. Also, you can easily add the Matthematical equations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

while working with teXstudio there is a need to clean auxiliary files again and again for proper output of citation and reference numbering which makes the writing process slow Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is very user-friendly and the whole UI is just a charm. The compiler is very fast making it one of the best LaTeX IDEs available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
This might sound like a small thing, but the splash screen is very outdated and flat. Given all the great features implemented in the software I just wished the developers also paid a bit of attention to cosmetic side of things too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is a lot to love in TeXstudio. There's a well-implemented dark mode, everything is customizable, it's easy to install, there's git and svn integration, you can choose how to generate your previews, if any, and the list goes on.
Whenever I have to use Windows to build some LaTeX documents (sometimes over 2000 pages long), TeXstudio is my go-to GUI. Add on the fact that it's free, and it's just ridiculous. Consider throwing a few dollars at them to encourage them to keep polishing this impressive software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some of the options are a little further in than I would like. Like the output option, that lets you see the progress of your compilation which is in an odd place. The option to display line number also feels out of place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
