Because we have so many users, we want to implement it as part of their goals to contribute to our knowledge base. We work in the FinTech space and we have a broad/deep platform. It's been a challenge to get analytics out to help reward and track internal teams' contributions. With that said, the Tettra team has been willing to help us and guide us, but of course we want to be able to do it ourselves. We also would love more of a review/workflow process so that any teammate can write, but certain teammates can validate.
