TestDome is a simple to get in tool. Not too much artifices in order to keep the seriousness of the exercise like other online tools. We also like the Licences versions in order to try the tool first. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
TestDome has not that much questions availables even if we have the opportunity to build completly customed questions from scratch. Maybe that the possibility to add several users for a single account may be great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like that we can take candidates through a performance test on their own time. In-person whiteboard sessions are antiquated and unfair to candidates who don't perform well with an audience watching. It's great to have a solution that we can customize and give to our candidates in an environment similar to how they'd work at their job. The selection of questions/prompts is broad and we appreciated creating our own custom assessment with the question library. The best part was the results. We had a couple of people exaggerate their experience on their resumes and in their interviews and this platform allowed us to truly understand their qualifications and capabilities. I don't have much to put in the dislike category. My company hires game developers and while we were able to use C# questions, it'd be great if the question library was expanded to include more content relevant to my industry. I've been using TestDome for many years and it prooved to be the best tool when recruiting tech guys. It saves a lot of time, managing invites, helps understanding strengths and weaks of each candidate. What do I like best? I don't need to be an expert in that language to recruit experts in that field. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
