The communication between our team at BuzzFeed and the account management at Testio has been a real surprise as they have been treating us like we are there only account. I cant say at this time there are many things to dislike. I think at first we had some issues with process for submitting test runs but I believe that was due to the current process for on-boarding new companies and to make sure that we were getting the maximum results for our contract. The UI isn't always the most intuitive, but its manageable once you've done something once or twice. For more complex products, and more complicated testing, it takes some time to get things setup to a point where you are getting useful feedback.
