1. It is very help that we can put the promise to pay date against each invoice. This helps in tracking payment.

2. Various tags help us to understand the history of an invoice just by looking at it.

3. Tesorio is very user friendly and helps in cash forcast basis on payment trend of a customer.

4. The dashboard helps to analyse the progress on each invoice/customer.

It creates ready reference reports which are all editable and multiple fields can be added or removed which can be used for the in depth analysis. That, unlike other accounting applications, Tesorio is really friendly user,pretty much self-explanatory, which helps a lot with colleagues that are using this app for the very first time. It has various funtions, which makes it competitive and reliable. It has a well structured customer support service, so if there's no other colleague around, you can always comunicate with the suppor team if further doubts arises. Tesorio pulls pertinent data from Salesforce and NetSuite. This enables me to properly categorize each customer account and pull in desired data into my reporting.
