TenantCloud is very straight forward and easy to use. It does all the things I need it to do and then some. Overall I have never had a real problem with it. I believe TenantCloud is a good cloud based solution for smaller portfolios. It is not as robust as other software but often, the more robust software has a minimum property count of at least 75.
