
Upsides are numerous!
Internal chat system is great for teams and keeping written records.
Onboarding is easy.
Leases are easy.
Modern UI interface is great.
Document creation is easy to send.
help center is vastly improved.
tutorials are great.
Accounting is okay...it used to be free, now we get charged for ACH. Also, you used to have 2 free accounts, now only 1, so that make bookkeeping more difficult. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are a few things I don't like. But not many. and 1 thing I hate!
The way it duplicates photos for the listing is frustrating and takes up too much space that counts against my account.
Needs property specific information for all tenants to see...direction from owners on how to handle specific issues, utility info, internet companies that service the home, specific HOA items, etc. these should be easy to enter and quick for all parties to see.
I HATE, HATE, HATE that I can't invoice owners from the propert management maintenance tab. You can only directly bill the tenant. That makes no sense. 98% of issues are things like plumbing or rotten wood or roof issues, etc. These are always paid by the owner. this is backwards and wrong!!!!
