I have been a huge fan of Ten Thousand Coffees and an early adopter of the platform back in 2014. For close to 10 years, I have enjoyed the innovative and personalized approach to being able to connect with individuals on scale with meaningful connections based on common interests and passions. 10kc has been an amazing tool for internal networking. Working at a large institution it has really streamlined the possibility of meeting a variety of coworkers in many differenr business units with a wide array of experiences. this tool takes a lot of the stress out of networking. cutting down on organizing and searching time. helps with meeting colleagues who are also interested to network. in my own personal career journey, i was matched with a colleague who had a very similar choice in career direction as myself. i was able to build a strong connection and gain mentorship to help me carve my own path. happy to have had this platform available and im still an avid user and promoter. Events in our business are key opportunities to make an impression with an audience - a lot of time is spent preparing for them, particularly on administrative and event setup items. The ease of setting up Office Hours changed the game with quick templates that can be customized for your events, allowing you to reduce the amount of admin you have been doing and focus on the event itself. Your participants get a quick look at what the event is, can register, submit questions if needed and get an automated calendar invite which is key to the event success and more reasons why you are spending less time on these administrative tasks previously done by hand rather than automated with the Ten Thousand Coffees platform.

The first platform where we could truly match based on robust requirements, while also using their templates. Previous/other platforms were very much "one size fits all"

10KC also has made it easy for various program managers to each get their own programs - women's mentoring + early career/intern mentoring for example. Other platforms really struggled with this, which is why we switched. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The true value of TenThousandCoffees is how it does the work for you. It emails you an intro to a colleague and suggests a possible time that suits both of you, inviting you to book the suggested time. Since onboarding a year ago, virtually, TenThousandCoffees has allowed me to grow my colleague network outside of my immediate team and organization. This has been an invaluable opportunity to open new doors and explore other areas of the business. Given we are a large organization spread across Canada working on such a high variety of projects this level of networking would not be possible without a tool like TenThousandCoffees Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

10KC makes it easy for colleagues to connect, which fosters increased collaboration and helps employees develop new skills. The platform is incredibly easy to use from an administrative perspective and the support offered by their team is incredible. I've had the privilege of using the tool at two distinct organizations, leveraging it to support different employee opportunities. I would love if the templates provided within the tool were created with the partner in mind, so that all the amazing documents that are enclosed for users, could easily show the organizations logo alongside 10KC and have more specific company information included. Our sales team was wonderful through the whole process and took a ton of time with us to make sure this would meet our needs. As our needs have grown they have accomodated changes and made recommendations. When any issues have come up they have been super responsive and taken care of things right away.
