What do you like best about Tellennium Management of Things (MoT)?

There are several benefits we enjoy engaging with Tellenium. First and foremost, Tellenium organizes the mountain of data created by the plethora of invoices we get each month from all our carriers. The data becomes organized, accessible, and searchable. We know exactly what our spend is and can make realistic projections and budgetary estimates. In addition, Tellenium goes to bat for us and manages any and all billing disputes releasing us from this responsibility and making us able to spend time on technology issues. Lastly, we know that Tellenium's audit and 0-usage functions constantly find unused carrier services that can be disconnected saving us valuable dollars. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tellennium Management of Things (MoT)?

The services that Tellenium provides for carrier services are extremely valuable. It would be nice if these services could be extended to other technology disciplines such as Network, server, end user computing gear and their service contracts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Tellennium Management of Things (MoT)?

Mostly a hands-off solution, with minimal interactions required after initial account access and setup is completed. Initial 1st year savings are great, and I love the MOT portal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tellennium Management of Things (MoT)?

After the initial setup, I would feel it appropriate that Tellennium continue to pursue additional savings opportunities with other carrier rates or contracts and customer base size as a whole to leverage better-contracted prices with carriers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Tellennium Management of Things (MoT) solving and how is that benefiting you?

The primary advantage of utilizing any bill management organization is that I don't have to comb through the many pages of carrier invoices checking for discrepancies or validating activity/usage. The automated tools check month to month to ensure accuracy and give me back many hours of productivity in my work week for more critical business activities.
