What do you like best about Televerde?

Televerde was very responsive to any questions or special needs we had and was very open about the process and reporting. The "leads" that were sent over were complete, and I would listen to some of the calls (as they were always recorded). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

In talking with the actual reps, at times, I would tell them to tone it down a bit; they were excellent at qualifying prospects and getting them to agree to further meetings with our reps, but I wanted to ensure that they were not getting appointments because they are good at that, but because they really would consider using our services. What do you like best about Televerde?

Driven to make the relationship successful and very responsive to our legal and management team concerns during our evaluation process. They have a solid formula for success and a onboarding / measurement process to help you get up and running quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I did run into some questions from my legal team and a couple of members of my management team regarding the use of incarcerated individuals for calling. However, these were handled and resolved to everyone's satisfaction. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
