What do you like best about TeleCMI?

we like the ivr system from the telecmi, the dashboard and accessing the history is very easy. if there is any problem the customer care team is helping us anytime. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TeleCMI?

sms option not available for the calling customers. we cannot able to send the greeting sms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TeleCMI solving and how is that benefiting you?

Solving the incoming IVR Problem, previously we used to receive the call directly on the Phone Number. Now the TeleCMI ivr system helping us for forward to multiple agents and phone numbers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TeleCMI?

Ease of use of TeleCMI Dashboard help us on the Agent Call Monitoring. TeleCMI Provided Toll Free number routing the call to three department of our organization.
