We greatly appreciate the support provided by TeleCMI. Whenever we encounter problems, they respond immediately with solutions. The implementation process is very easy. When my account was set up, the team called us, understood our use case, and provided the exact solution we needed. Previously, we were using a system that was unable to monitor users' calling activity, but TeleCMI has been very helpful in those areas as well. Easy to manage, with a very friendly interface that allows for easy increase and decrease of users. We use it daily to monitor productivity and activity of the users. Am happy with the services provided by telecmi. Their user friendly dashboard and mobile calling feature help my team to have seamless communication. With Caller history readily available in on the phone & missed calls it helps them to track and attend calls at ease. Also, the admin dashboard helps to track how many calls have been done by each executive and to analyze their performance. We are using the Basic ivr service for our organization. As we are into the real estate we always have multiple projects. For Each project there will be a changes in IVR. TeleCMI portal heps us to modify instantly and do the changes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
