What do you like best about TeleCMI?

We have used cloud telephony services of various providers. Never satisfied. Finally, our search for a good cloud telephony service ended at TeleCMI. We give it a 5 star rating for the following reasons:

1. Uninterrupted service.

2. Customer centric approach.

3. Easy to use interfaces.

4. Customisation possibilities.

What problems is TeleCMI solving and how is that benefiting you?

We run a 44 room hotel. All that we need is just a 44 customers a day. We can never spot them in a population of about 10 crores people. But those have found our hotel and made call to us are our lifeline. Every such call received by us may be worth few thousands or even few lakhs of revenue. We found Cloud telephony service would help us achieve the highest possible efficiency in inbound call handling. I try to list some of the benefits we derive from cloud telephony service from the perspective of a business owner:

1. To monitor how many calls were answered and missed.

2. To monitor whether all the missed calls were called back.

3. To playback the call recording and assess the quality of our response.

4. To systematically follow up, until an equiry is converted into a room booking.

I've been using this product for almost two years, the product is good but the leadership team lacks skill in client handling. They never care about the customer's needs. I've requested a couple of changes in the beginning when I purchased the product and escalated the concern even to the CEO but there is no update yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
