What do you like best about TeleCMI?

We are using TeleCMI, and it has been very useful for our marketing needs. When a customer calls our marketing number, we can see their details after the call is answered. TeleCMI also allows us to track which agent answered the call, making it easy to manage and monitor our team. Overall, it’s a great tool for our business.

The most we like is that outbound calls which are integrated with our CRM. Initially We have request a few new enhancements to them, where their product team delivered it by a week of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TeleCMI?

We appreciate TeleCMI for its easy-to-design IVR flows that enhance customer experience.

Our API platform is integrated with TeleCMI, which makes it easier for us to seamlessly integrate with TeleCMI.

As a CRM provider, we offer an additional facility to directly make calls from our CRM. TeleCMI provides such an SDK facility.

What do you like best about TeleCMI?

We like that TeleCMI provides the supports of both domestic and international needs. It offers especially with the availability of local numbers like Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, USA, and UK. which we couldn’t access before with the other Vendors.

They also offers call monitoring, recording, and reporting features, making it easy for us to manage and review the call performance. The user-friendly interface and other features helps us to update our call flow immediately. Previously which we need to work for a half day to make it live. What do you dislike about TeleCMI?

There are areas where improvements could be made, particularly in billing report and invoice generation.

The solution addresses the challenge we previously faced of relying on an on-premises system with limited local number availability for international markets.

What do you like best about TeleCMI?

We like the internet-based IVR calling solution from TeleCMI. Previously, we used the IVR service where the incoming IVR calls landed on the agent's phone number. If any network issue happened on the agent's phone, the calls would get missed. But in TeleCMI, there are both options for flexibility.
