Naomi at Techtonic Lift customizes our meetings based on my organization's specific pain points, and brings real-world examples of how we can best tune our Customer Success tool (ChurnZero) to our goals. Naomi in particular is also a great brainstorm companion - if I have an idea of something I want to try with my team, she's often the first person I call to share my ideas with and get strong constructive feedback. I would recommend giving Techtonic Lift a call if you have any of these challenges with your Customer Success, Account Management, or Operations teams:

- Lack of efficient account reviews (meaning, a lack of understanding about a CSM's book of business)

- Lack of effective churn retrospective or churn review (meaning, imperfect understanding of why someone churned, what to do about it, and who to go to for help)

- CSMs not feeling accountable for their own success or the success of their book

- Anything, and I mean ANYTHING regarding ChurnZero, from overarching goals to in-the-weeds tactical questions

- Lack of a CS network to bounce ideas off of Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Techtonic Lift is helping my Customer Success organization structure meetings, especially around Churn prevention, Churn review & retrospection, and doing so without shame or arrogance. They were so easy to work with. Took time to understand our business and the end goal we were trying to achieve. Didn't provide a cookie cutter solution. Instead proposed material changes to our setup to enhance the experience for our end users and clients. Even made recommendations unrelated to the work to better our entire client journey.
