Team Gantt has a very active workforce who make tutorial style videos. These videos are always available to help while making your project but they are not in your face. The save to pdf function is great.

I understand that team gantt gives a lot of resources for free but only having one project at a time is rough. Even if it was two or 3 project at a time that would help. The big problem in our organization is that we always run several projects at the same time. The same people are engaged in different projects. We were always pushing the project for which the deadline was just around the corner. This way of running business causes a lot of stress and frictions. For sure, it is not a friendly environment for the people. Finally, we grew up and confessed - it is beyond our control, and we must find a solution. I proposed to implement the TEAMGANTT, and that's how it started. The most significant advantage of using TEAMGANTT daily is that we know in advance when something is beyond the schedule and where the risk of not meeting the deadline is the highest. We can react fast and find the solutions before the hell starts. Of course, the TEAMGANTT is the software and simply just cannot solve all our organization or communication problems. But for sure it helps us to improve significantly in this field. I recommend this tool for all the teams that face the same difficulties as we do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I dislike the fact that some basic features like baseline are not available in the free version. However, I quickly realized that this free version is just an invitation to TEAMGANTT, and once you try this, you will not quit.

It can add people and resource while I no need to really ask them to register, it's very useful when I consider it as my task assignment tools, instead of a collaboration app. I can plan the task to specified people or resource, and check if someone has too many things to do, or someone's load is not enough. On the Gantt chart, the minimum period is 1 day. This is often too long.

Team Gantt is very user friendly, it has options on the left hand side to bring you to where you want to go such as your profile or your projects. We love how the system will show you how much of the project has been completed in percentages. You can also check on your completed projects, held projects and your active projects. It would be nice to be able to add users to the projects or to be able to add someone to a project as someone who can only view the project and not edit it. Other than just that we really like everything about team gantt. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
