Interface is intuitive, adding tasks & subtasks, assigning resources and creating dependencies is fast and easy. The comment within each task let you communicate with your team on status. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's not really an effective resource leveling tool, and I didn't find the baselines feature intuitive when I used it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's easy to organize your todo's as grant chart and also as a list. You can measure your work progress visually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's a bit complicated at the beginning. But can be understandable by working on. A few more options could be added such as exporting your work process as excel or xml to share with your customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I really like the list view of the tasks. I create a WBS using this forma and then it fits perfectly into the Gantt view. I like the fact that there are training videos ready to teach you during each phase. Also this software is very easy to use not super confusing but it really flows and lakes sense. I would like to see a section specifically for risk management. I like using a separate risk management section to keep risks in front of me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Easy way to put timeline, and very simple to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
For the User interface, it's kind of too many icon.
Teamgantt should be majorly used for project control, but the interface by Teamgantt is more like Notion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As an associate marketing consultant I often have to create very detailed project activity lists to keep my time organized and productive and TeamGantt gives me many options to view my activities whether in a calendar view to see how many tasks I have on a particular day, or a list view to see what activities are overdue or upcoming within a week, 2 weeks or even 4 weeks. Multiple people can be assigned to the tasks and can be given access to edit and view the Gantt Chart created. It’s simply wonderful and super useful for planning and organizing. All that FOR FREE! The only downsides are the following:
1) There’s a character limit for the task titles
2) I can’t see how many days each task will require (but I can see the start and finish dates!)
3) It does not produce a project network diagram (PERT) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I turned to TeamGantt when our small startup got a government grant for Research and Development of some innovative technology. With ongoing client and current product support layered on top of this new research, I was concerned that tracking the new project would fall behind. With its intuitive interface, TeamGantt let me divide each element of the project into smaller, achievable, and discreet tasks we could assign and track. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The free version is sufficient for one project. More projects would require the paid version. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Embedding the Gantt Chart in our project cockpit gives our clients 24/7 access to the project status and they can easily see, what missing deadlines will mean for the project progress and it helps everyone in our Team to stay on track. Having an overview how busy your resources are is also key for me as a project manager and the solution TeamGantt provides is absolute stunning. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Limiting access and features for the client isn't self explaining and we have some issues finding the right settings. Renaming Baselines would be a great feature! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really like the smoothness of the chart. I have tried some other gantt charts with other web-based software packages, and they are extremely slow to render, especially if you have multiple projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I'm a general contractor, so it would be nice to have the ability to assign a sub-contractor's information to a task. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

TeamGantt is one of the best gantt chart providers that I have seen. It is intuitive, feature rich, and the customer support is top notch! The chat function says they will reply within a few hours but I have actually gotten responses within a few minutes. I even got the hourly tracking because it is very useful. The customer support and the productivity boost that TeamGantt provides earns them a recommendation from me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While feature rich, there are still some features that I'd like to be added, such as being able to configure fixed slack and lag times, and a quick undo (Ctrl + Z) function. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
