The tool is very intuitive and therefore very easy to use.
Also the possibility to share projects and plannings with your team is really great. You have one perfect place for the whole team.
The tutorial content is really exceptional. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The reports are not very great
The communication options could be upgraded and improved Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It gives you a simple yet complete visibility about the project statuses and next steps towards the goal. Every meeting when someone pops up a question about what to do next Its everything right there. When you add the team members to the project board, everyone know and see the impacts of postponing a delivery or not completing something. This makes the team share the project responsibility and improves the overall commitment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I still learning the tool but I miss some kind of kanban visualization for the tasks. I understand that it is not the point to the Gantt chart itself, but when it comes to the colleagues, the simpler the better. I imagine that some kind of child area for the pairs to see their tasks only and manage them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I had never figured out how to do a Gantt chart on my own, so this has been very helpful! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The chart itself is too small on the screen - I wish that I could more easily remove the other elements (the side and bottom bars) to just see the chart itself. I also find it a bit confusing to add top-level categories (I continue to just use the "duplicate" feature). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The clean and intuitive interface. Furthermore, the app gives a great field for learn more about features even inside of the product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I couldn't deal with later tasks. Is there any way to see the real time of the task?
Other question: why do we need to refresh the page after a change by a collaborator? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Even the free version allowed a lot of really important features, such as the ability to assign tasks to individuals, who then get email reminders
Also this was the only software that allowed me to set dependencies between tasks
The interface is intuitive, straightforward. I trialled four or five different project planning tools and Team Gannt was head and shoulders above them all Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Dependencies only allow finish to start - many tasks need to start before their dependent task finishes Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like the switching between Gantt view and List view the best. I find it's much easier to edit and review the List view during data input, but checking the work in the Gantt format makes it much easier to spot outliers and mistakes. Other programs don't pull this off so well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think the ability to name team members to assign tasks is a good attempt but it's missing something. I don't think the people I assign a task are always the ones I want within the Team Gantt notification circle, and sometimes there are many more people involved in a task on rotation that I'd rather signify with a head count to complete the task, than to name each person. There should also be a way to sort the list view contents by start or finish date. I find I'm dragging many tasks into place after the schedule dates shift around each other and it takes a long time. I love the ease of understanding and use knowledge of the program a lot - when I began making use of it, I knew the idea of Gantt charts, though I never used some software program to produce them (except the first model in Excel). It was extremely simple to learn and begin generating diagrams that helped me control projects, small and big, a lot more effectively! Discussing things with my staff was really helpful and I particularly appreciated the capability to assign certain responsibilities to people. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
At times I've issues connecting components of a task, for instance when one element is dependent on another. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
