Nothing to be added here; generally speaking the experience is a good one and woudl only add that I feel that our employees should have fewer questions about their contract and/or benefits after the Onboarding. This is not always happening but that can be on the employee's side worth mentioning as people tend to either "forget" or "don't pay attention" so they need to have the same questions& answers checked with us.
